The customer service is extremely helpful. They seem like they are always available, and they resolve any issues quickly.

The platform is a little lackluster. But there is a new version on the way.

Speak2Leads helps our call center distribute leads and call them in a timely manner.

I really appreciate the responsiveness of the support team. They have always been willing to help me out when I run into any issues.

**What do you dislike about Leverly (formerly Speak2Leads)?**

The only criticisms I have for Speak2Leads they seem to be addressing. Hopefully their dashboard relaunch will address my issues.

**What problems is Leverly (formerly Speak2Leads) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are utilizing them to get in touch with our leads faster and hopefully capture our leads before their interest wanes.
