I use Sparkle.io to manage my outbound email workflow and really appreciate that it includes email verification. I find it solves the problem of switching between multiple tools by bringing everything into a single dashboard, which makes it much easier to focus on deliverability. I like the combination of email verification, inbox warmup, and campaign setup all in one place, especially the catch-all email verification feature. The email verification ensures I'm not sending emails to invalid addresses, and the inbox warmup builds a reputation so my emails don't land in spam. The campaign setup ties all features together, and it lets me send outreach without switching tools, which is a huge convenience. The catch-all email verification feature gives me confidence when dealing with domains where deliverability is uncertain. One thing that can be improved is the onboarding experience. There's not enough guidance for a first-time user. It is not that much complicated though.
