Spanning is a super affordable back-up option for small business - they also are part of a much larger company that can provide a manifold of additional services as you grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was concerning moving from our on-premise Exchange environment where we had control over the data and the backups. Giving up that control created some anxiety around data loss, retention and DR but the Spanning solution was just the insurance we needed to dramatically reduce those concerns. Across the main cloud SaaS backup vendors, core functionality is generally much of a muchness with nothing major to set them apart but I love Spanning's deep integrations with Unitrends Backup & Recovery, ID Agent and Graphus.
Why wouldn't a sys admin select a vendor who can bring time saving central single console management for not only cloud SaaS backup & recovery but also on-prem and cloud backup and recover as well as front end data protection from phishing and impersonation attacks. Fully integrated and extremely easy to manage.
From a business perspective, they tick a number of security and compliance boxes and is cost effective.
