We have been using Spanning as a backup solution for Office 365 for almost four years now. As an administrator, I receive a daily backup summary for all users data files (e.g. Outlook, Calendar and files. We've only had to recover files 1-2 times, and it was a very easy process to follow. What do you like best about Spanning Backup?

I have been using the Spanning Backup to backup our company Google Workspace (formerly GSuite) accounts for the past 7 years now. They have always been available when some file was accidentally deleted from the google drive or mail and people noticed it after more than 30 days and it was no longer in the trash. Also some documents when deleted are not moved on the personal trash, because the property was of other company users, even if created for use by our company. The only way to restore them was by Spanning backup Restore, because previously set to backup the "Shared with me" documents. Very useful feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
