It's now owned under the umbrella of Kaseya, which is a good backing to have. It's been really great for backing up files here and there and searching for specific missing files. You really need a tool like this in your stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spanning Backup?

It is simple to select which accounts should be backed up and quick license type each should have. Spanning also automatically adds new accounts from M365 so new employees are included in our backups without interaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spanning Backup?

Update: The service would not let us restore a large folder or a full account. Cancellation and refund process has been going on for many months. I would like to see more parts of M365 backed up. Most of the data is backed up but they are still working on certain features. I would also like the full path for files that can't be backed up so that I can research the error messages without a support ticket. I would also like a percent complete indicator to see how long the backup will take. We had an initial backup that took over 30 days to complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
