We could never find any documents in the previous sharepoint intranet because the search function didn't work. We are able to actually locate information across different folders and locations. **What do you dislike about SP Intranet Portal?** Not sure if this is just from our organization, but the organization of departments through "Collaboration Hubs" is not intuitive for the user and requires a lot of click throughs to actually arrive at the landing page for the specific department you are trying to access. **What problems is SP Intranet Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Collaboration, information sharing. Transperancy and consistency by everyone being able to reference the same information. ### 4.
