Dovetailing from the Office 365 familiar theme allows users easy access to company updates, departmental information, and employee self-service options. **What do you dislike about SP Intranet Portal?** There is a certain stiffness inherent to the use of small-diagonal screens, and getting to content of interest requires extra clicks. This can be irritating case especially when searching for some information on the web on a smartphone. **What problems is SP Intranet Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?** SP Intranet Portal has got rid of the need to create a new platform for the intranet since you can integrate it with Office 365. It also cuts down on the amount of twisting and turning that has to be done and draws on your audience’s comfort with the Office applications. ### 2. This has made overall intranet usage and adoption much better among the users. **What do you dislike about SP Intranet Portal?** It is sometimes inconvenient to work in the SP Intranet Portal using the mobile devices to access and engage with the content. What is more, the platform does not appear to deliver a fully optimized Mobile First design. **What problems is SP Intranet Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?** SP Intranet Portal consolidates all your staff communication and internal company materials in an Office 365 interface you already know. We could never find any documents in the previous sharepoint intranet because the search function didn't work. We are able to actually locate information across different folders and locations. **What do you dislike about SP Intranet Portal?** Not sure if this is just from our organization, but the organization of departments through "Collaboration Hubs" is not intuitive for the user and requires a lot of click throughs to actually arrive at the landing page for the specific department you are trying to access. **What problems is SP Intranet Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Collaboration, information sharing. Transparency and consistency by everyone being able to reference the same information. ### 4. I think they are two fundamental pillars with which any company can start and then as growth grows, acquiring new portals. **What do you dislike about SP Intranet Portal?** I do not like the little documentation in Spanish that I found about the platform and the portals. **Recommendations to others considering SP Intranet Portal:** I recommend it to all the technological community.
