**What do you like best about Sourcepoint Dialogue?**

Over a year ago, we began utilising SourcePoint to streamline our vendor curation process. Initially, upon integrating the CMP (Consent Management Platform), we inherited a default vendor list comprising over 800 entities. Recognising the need for a more refined approach, we established a process to evaluate and manage vendors effectively. The reporting tools helped us to analyse the data for our vendor curation and for monitoring privacy compliance across our properties. Support from Daisy has been responsive and knowledgeable.

Nothing major —any small issues we've had were quickly addressed by the support team

It helps us stay on top of privacy compliance. We can customise how consent is collected, manage our vendor list easily, and track how everything’s performing across our sites.

**What do you like best about Sourcepoint Dialogue?**

Integrating Sourcepoint with our sites was super simple and was really quick to get set up. The Sourcepoint dashboard gave designers the ability to easily customise the view across the different sites on our estate without any changes needed to the shared setup we use across all the sites. Daisy was on hand to offer excellent customer support for any queries we had with regard to setup and onboarding new sites into our account. Overall, having done many third-party software integrations, there are very few that are as easy and stress-free as Sourcepoint.

From a developers perspective there's nothing to dislike

Sourcepoint allows us to handle consent management for advertising purposes and integrates with our providers.

Easy to use self serve platform which makes it easy to manage consent options and view performance of it all in one place. The support has also been great, Daisy has been a really helpful contact always quick to respond to questions via Slack which was especially helpful when I first started using the platform.

**What do you dislike about Sourcepoint Dialogue?**

Sometimes it's a little hard to understand how the different setting sections relate to one another, esepcially with having multiple messages and campaigns set up. However, having great support makes this less of an issue than it would be otherwise.

Stellar customer service, coupled with an amazingly intuitive product that is regularly updated, which makes managing the privacy landscape a dream. 

Having worked with other CMPs in the past, Sourcepoint have created something fantastic with theirs. Straightforward to implement and maintain, intuitive enough UI and a wide range of controls and features mean we've been able to deploy across our sites, app and subdomains with relatively low effort.

It can be confusing sometimes to navigate, but this is more a symptom of the privacy landscape as a whole (UK, US, US State Specific, and more)

**What do you like best about Sourcepoint Dialogue?**

It is truly impressive what is possible in the consistently complex topic of "Consent Management." Both interpersonally and - of course - product-wise. I have been dealing with various tools, GDPR, and Consent Management for years. In part, I have not been able to have good experiences with other providers, so initially there was a great reluctance and concern about switching again. But Sourcepoint can do it differently, can do it better! Sourcepoint has a pragmatic and sensible approach. This was already noticeable in the decision-making phase for a new CMP. You know exactly what you're getting into and are competently advised from A to Z. Daily operations run smoothly and the Sourcepoint team is a dream anyway: quick and helpful answers even to the most difficult, individual questions, always an open ear and well-founded advice and recommendations!

**What do you dislike about Sourcepoint Dialogue?**

The Sourcepoint portal can be somewhat overwhelming with its abundance of information and possibilities, especially at the beginning. It might take a while to understand the connections for a smooth process - but then everything really goes smoothly. But that's complaining at a high level. The many advantages of the CMP solution clearly outweigh this.

**What problems is Sourcepoint Dialogue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sourcepoint helps in the lived consent management process for websites - really! Vendor handling, various reporting options, and especially the diagnostics section with different areas for various research and evaluations make digital life easier, as well as compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations. With Sourcepoint, you are always up to date, without worries!

Product features are continually evolving to stay ahead of planned privacy directives. The support/onboarding level for customers is amazing with fast responses on Slack and email. Our technical account manager Daisy Raichura has been amazing with guiding us through the landscape and technology.

**What do you dislike about Sourcepoint Dialogue?**

The campaign management settings/criteria can be challenging to manage. With multiple domains and messages there can be a lot to setup but this is probably the compromise needed to have so much flexibility.

**What problems is Sourcepoint Dialogue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to link manage logged in users preferences across multiple device types on audio and different domains. Audio is particularly challenging to get any type of GDPR consent and Sourcepoints tech helps us with this.

Sourcepoint is the most comprehensive, easy to manage, and hassle-free tool on the market for consent management. If you're in the publishing space and have to manage a variety of different vendors for consent there's really nothing out there that's as good as what Sourcepoint brings to the table. Backed up by exceptional customer support (shout outs to Daisy Raichura, who has always been very responsive and immensely helpful)  you really couldn't ask for more!

There is nothing that I dislike about Sourcepoint.

The team are relatively quick to respond to queries, and we are kept informed and up-to-date with relevant industry changes and potential impacts. We have regular contact and updates with our account manager and he is happy to get stuck-in with any particular issues or queries we raised.

The interface itself is a little rough and inconsistent in places, and some of the documentation feels a bit like it was written by coders/developers which can be a little hard to follow if one is needing to do some work in the system but one is not a dev/coder - sometimes it's not clear what is right to use for our particular situation or website.

It has become a consistent platform across our business that allows us to manage vendor permissions and user consents in a holistic way.

But what sets it apart is the team, particularly our account manager Daisy Raichura who is on hand to help, advise and support in this complex and business critical area.

For several years, as a large marketer, we have been managing consent requests for many websites using Sourcepoint almost on a daily basis. Over the years, we have grown alongside the tool and have observed how Sourcepoint consistently implements legal requirements and privacy regulations quickly, thoughtfully, and solution-oriented, while making necessary optimizations.
Sourcepoint is a great tool with many features and customization options. It offers numerous advantages, such as GDPR and CCPA compliance, a dashboard for reporting and analysis, and multi-platform support. Additionally, there is a very helpful and comprehensive documentation, and the support is fast, efficient, and responsive. Working with Sourcepoint is always professional, reliable, and focused, even in stressful situations. These advantages make Sourcepoint a comprehensive solution for companies aiming to meet their compliance requirements while optimizing their business models by protecting user privacy.

However, the tool is not particularly intuitive to use. A certain level of understanding is required to operate the program, and a straightforward user interface is lacking. Moreover, the implementation involves a certain level of technical effort and personnel resources.

Customer service is excellent, our technical account manager at the business Daisy Raichura is always on help for help and advice, as well as letting us know about new features  that might be relevant to our business.

**What do you like best about Sourcepoint Dialogue?**

We're in the process of rolling out Sourcepoint currently, and our pre-sales and onboarding experience has been very positive. There are simpler technological solutions from alternative providers, and we were on the verge of licensing one of them... but consent management is not a simple area and the Sourcepoint team and platform have earned our trust as a more complete and diligent option. I know of another business also who have made a switch from a key rival to Sourcepoint due to shortcomings in both the other product and their customer support.

We're very impressed so far with the account management, platform coverage (as a video streaming service, multi-platform app coverage was important) and price point, and given the very in-depth pre-sales investigation that Sourcepoint supported us in, we don't expect any surprises at this point as we integrate the solution.

**What do you dislike about Sourcepoint Dialogue?**

It's definitely relatively complex for a business like ours where data processing and tracking aren't a core part of our business model or expertise, but it's a complex area so we came to the conclusion that some of the simpler tools we looked at were just incomplete. The excellent onboarding helped mitigate the steep learning curve and we now feel we understand their platform and terminology reasonably well.

The Sourcepoint team keep going the extra mile to create something that satisfies the need of all our requirements. Creating a great tool for consent management and analytics they are quick to implement new requests. Our consent experience has been evolving with them and the platform from the very beginning.
 From detailed analytics and easy to use control panels to robust platform alerts, we take advantage of most the Sourcepoint products and we do this on regular basis. The team has been very helpful with our vendor list audits and keeping on top / improve our consent experience.  I can only recommend the product.

Took some time to understand the ins and outs of the layout in the very begining. There has been many improvements since.

Consent is paramount from both monetisation but also from a legal perspective, Partnering with Sourcepoint alleviated the countless hours we were spending on keeping up with the changes in the framework, monitoring performance and staying legal! The customer service is first rate - and the additional insight into vendors and other activity on our websites is critical for us to understand and focus on delivering great content and monetisation.

Internally having to explain why paying for a service which other providers were giving away - but nothing is free really!  There is nothing I dislike - consent was a headache and we did not have expertise with it - and looking after 200 sites - we needed to work with specialists.

**What problems is Sourcepoint Dialogue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consent is critical in monetisation - as is the wording of the CMP, so a/b testing and speaking to experts is critical for us. We also need to work with a company investing in changes - in particular US states where we have a lot of inventory.

The tool is very easy and understand, for all levels of expertise. The SDK made replacing our exisiting CMP very easy and give many additional feature options we didnt have previously. In the ever evolving global landsake of user privacy and content security this tool has really helped us quickly make changes to ensure we are compliant globally. 

Josephine and Daisy have also been fantastic throughout intergration and with on going support, always making themselves available to help us and keep us on the beat with any upcoming legislation or guideline changes and new features.

There isnt anything we dislike, some suggetions would be that it would be great to get the diagnoses tool in app (I know its coming), a way to quickly add or remove multiple vendors would also be a useful tool and a faster log in process with how frequently im using the tool currently!

Its serving us fantastically in our Cookie Management needs and making updating, maintaining and managing our estate through their platform very easy.

**What do you like best about Sourcepoint Dialogue?**

Sourcepoint’s CMP has been a great help in making sure our publishers are covered when it comes to privacy and consent.
The level of customisation available from a visual and technical level has been very helpful with the variety of publishers we manage.
Their customer support has also been incredibly helpful with keeping us in the loop of changes with legislation and providing guidance on what we need to do. The regular monthly meetings have helped us keep on top of this.

**What do you dislike about Sourcepoint Dialogue?**

There have been some issues when deploying to the large number of publishers we have simultaneously, however Sourcepoint have been great at suggesting solutions and working with us through them.

The amount of options available on the platform can also be overwhelming at first, or to someone who doesn’t use the tool too often (such as myself) but I find myself getting more comfortable with the tool the more time I spend with it.

Although these can be seen as negatives I want to emphasise the great support Sourcepoint have provided to work through these.

I've worked with a few CMPs throughout the last few years and Sourcepoint has the best resources as far as support goes. Their team is always helpful and responsive. We needed to migrate hundreds of sites over to them and could not have done it nearly as well without their support. 
Their system was pretty intuitive and easy for my team members to learn. Any glitch we may have had was addressed and cleared up quickly.

It works fantastic if you only have a few sites to integrate but becomes a little more complex when there are hundreds of sites. We were quickly given a workaround for the complexities there but any updates that need to be made still have to go through that workaround.

**What do you like best about Sourcepoint Dialogue?**

As Head of Tech and Ad Operations here at PinkNews, I've been responsbile with finding a new CMP solution for our website helping so that we could move from Cookiebot to a more robust CMP. We've been using it for a while now and it's been a real game-changer. Our CMP is being seend and used by millions of readers on daily basis and it's streamlined the way we managed cookies and consent data.

The ease of use is a massive win for us.  The interface is clean and intuitive, so our team picked it up really quickly.  The integration process was smooth, which is a welcome change from some other CMPs we've used in the past. It's saved us a lot of time on training and troubleshooting, and Daisy R., our amazing Technical Account Manager at Sourcepoint, has been instrumental to our success in rolling out Sourcepoint on our website and then keeping it running on a daily basis.

Daisy has been fantastic whenever we've had a question. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and always happy to help.

In terms of features, Sourcepoint's CMP offers everything we need and more. It gives us complete control over user consent and data management, as well as tools to measure consent-rate, tools that enable us to track which cookies are being used and an easy way to manage vendors straight from our backend admin area.

Integrating Sourcepoint with our existing systems was a breeze, from ad partners, PrebidJS, Google Products, to IAB vendors and beyond. It just works seamlessly, which makes life a lot easier for us.

We cannot recommend Sourcepoint highly enough. It's a user-friendly, powerful platform that's made a big difference for our team at PinkNews, and their team is brilliant.

Sourcepoint CMP allows me to managed all of my sites in one place. I am able to build out different dialouges for each site or keep everything under a single template and manage eveything effectively without having to spend too much time on it. Sourcepoint's tech is also easy to implement and their customer support team really do know thier stuff. They are friendly, technical and very responsive - they all have a deep understanding of their product and the regualtions they are helping us publishers maintain.

I think the UI needs an upgrade on some areas. It can be confusing when you are managing or creating multiple sites.

I've been thoroughly impressed with Sourcepoint as a CMP. Both its performance and also the great support from their team.

Sourcepoint has some great and powerful features for managing user consent and data privacy. This helps massively when it comes to compliance with the ever-evolving privacy regulations, like GDPR and MSPA.

With the Sourcepoint Dialogue product we can communicate privacy topics with our users and customize it differently for separat brands. The provided templates and adjustment possibilities make it easy to use the tool and to explain it to colleagues to make changes themselves. After a first integration it is easy to adopt the process and to integrate it on every new website or app.

The customer support team is very competent and helps with every open question and problem. This goes for technical and all other topics of need.

With the ever changing data privacy sector and its policies, rules and court decisions Sourcepoint helps us to keep our CMP up to date and compliant with the current status quo.

The UI could need some updates - the reporting data gives us the needed information regarding the relevant KPIs. But it could be improved be more specific adjustment settings e.g. time frame setting.

I have been using Sourcepoint Dialogue for around 4 years to manage consent and privacy across our apps and websites, and we have been very happy with its performance. 

It's simple to use - I have updated messaging, the UI and of course our vendor list with ease, and the customer services team are always on had to provide support if I need it.

The customer support team have been especially helpful in navigating us though various privacy changes such as TCF v2.2, providing an inidividual service to get us updated and compliant.

I have also found the reporting capabilites very useful when testing out different messages and UIs.

Overall, I have been very satisfied with its performance and would recommend it to manage your consent and privacy compliance requirements.

I think the reporting could be improved by allowing more specific date ranges to be selected.

We've been working with Sourcepoint as our Consent Management Platform for several years now and can honestly say that they have the best product in the space from the ones we have worked with previously and those that have pitched their solution to us. 

The team at Sourcepoint are always super helpful and responsive and ensure that we are always kept informed on changes in the world of privacy and what the implications for our CMP set-up and messaging. 

We haven't had integration issues and the platform itself is pretty straightforward to use following the initial learning curve. We've onboarded a lot of new demand partners over the last couple of years, so have needed to use the platform increasingly frequently in order to ensure that they are all set up correctly and can quickly identify any vendors that aren't disclosed in our vendor list or aren't behaving as they should be when it comes to dropping cookies. 

With multiple changes on the horizon across a number of countries for publishers when it comes to privacy, working with Sourcepoint and particularly our AM, Daisy, gives us confidence that we'll be able to navigate these when they arise.

The platform itself isn't always the easiest to navigate and takes some getting used to. We've had to lean on the Sourcepoint team on a few occasions when it comes to making changes. With more frequent use though it has become a lot easier to navigate around and add new vendors, make changes to scenarios, amendments to our messaging etc.

It allows us to manage all vendors on our sites and ensure they listed in our consent banner and manage the levels of consent require for each vendor. The customer support is excellent. The team at Sourcepoint is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. A huge shoutout goes to Sorcha and Daisy for their continuous support. 

I would also like to mention how great the Diagnose tool is. It is very easy to navigate and gives us access to vendor data we could not get anywhere else.

Nothing major to mention here, although the reporting tool could be improved. I would love to see a more flexible option for selecting the timeframe.

The process of adding sites, managing vendor lists, creating messaging and managing campaigns is easy to follow and if a user does get stuck the product is supported by easy to follow documentation and a responsive and helpful product service team.

Literally, you can't go wrong.
Navigating consent management, herein regulatory and partner requirements can be daunting.
SourcePoint has built guardrails in SourcePoint Dialogue, in addition to proactive and close product training, setup and support – this keeping us within bounds.

The inherent complexity of consent management, can on occasion lead to dead-ends: XYZ cant't be set due to lacking ABC, four steps before. Albeit prompted about the lacking condition, knowing how to get back on track can be challenging. Especially if unexperienced with consent management _and_ SourcePoint Dialogue.

**What do you like best about Sourcepoint Dialogue?**

The user interface is really great and easy to navigate. Automatic report & the support level is also very much appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Sourcepoint Dialogue?**

There is not much not to like in working with SourcePoint. The only thing in our whishlist is to have ATT optin rates reported in SourcePoint UI.

**What problems is Sourcepoint Dialogue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We integrated SourcePoint CMP in our 50 apps in May 2024 seamlessly. It was an important upgrade over our previous set-up (Didomi, Google CMP and inmobi). We feel much more equiped to tackle upcoming privacy challenges.

No issue is too big or too small, often taking the time to jump on a call and walk through anything that is difficult to understand or setup .

**What do you dislike about Sourcepoint Dialogue?**

UI can sometimes be a bit clunky, but honestly its still the best in the industry as CMPs go!

**What problems is Sourcepoint Dialogue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are the first thing our users see and is a huge part of our overall consent strategy. No moving towards a pay or consent strategy, again sourcepoint are always on hand for advice and support!

**What do you like best about Sourcepoint Dialogue?**

In addition to being a tool that is truly compliant with the IAB TCF 2.2 framework for GDPR, their customer service is fantastic - especially as it applies to educating us on trends, solutions to challenges we are facing, and most importantly helping us understand metrics from their reporting.

**What do you dislike about Sourcepoint Dialogue?**

There is NOTHING that I dislike about Sourcepoint Dialogue.

**What problems is Sourcepoint Dialogue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sourcepoint has helped us with their CMP solution for GDPR compliance. This is critical as we try to proactively increase our EU/UK revenue (and that of other privacy restricted regimes).

The SP CMP interface has been easy to set up and use. Additionally, Daisy has been prompt and very helpful with any queries we've had during implementation.

**What do you dislike about Sourcepoint Dialogue?**

No downsides of SP have been encountered so far.

This product has helped our platforms to be IAB compliant.
