"Enhances Patent Drafting"
4/5
What do you like best about Solve Intelligence Patent Copilot?

I like that Solve Intelligence Patent Copilot aids in the drafting process by automating mundane aspects and adding depth to the disclosure. It's helpful in meeting patent specification disclosure requirements. On the prosecution side, it really gets to the point of the examiner's objections and helps in devising a way past them. The presentation is good, making it easy to interact with, and I appreciate the structured approach it provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Solve Intelligence Patent Copilot?

There's a fair learning curve to get the maximum benefit from Solve Intelligence Patent Copilot. A simple guide on how to use it more effectively would be helpful. The drawing tool is good but not yet excellent. A feature for a bigger picture review of the specification is needed, and a tool to identify differences from prior art and potential inventive step issues could also be beneficial. What do you like best about Solve Intelligence Patent Copilot?

Solve Intelligence takes in unstructured data such as public prior art, internal specifications, inventors' notes, and drawings. It infers aspects that are novel. Then Solve produces well formatted patent applications that can be easily modified by a user to a particular style or focus. Furthermore, Solve takes in office actions, parses them, and gives immediate comparison between claims, rejections, and examiner's reasoning. Solve also works with and automatically converts between the different styles of all major international patent offices and languages. Solve does 20+ hours of application drafting work and 5+ hours of office action handling work each in less than 1 hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Solve Intelligence Patent Copilot?

Solve Intelligence is so good that it might allow inventors to draft and prosecute their own applications, putting a lot of attorneys out of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Incredible practice tool for patent practitioners!"
5/5
What do you like best about Solve Intelligence Patent Copilot?

Customer service and willingness to listen to feedback; commitment to continued improvement, including responsiveness to user inputs; and overall robustness of the product and user interface. We were particularly focused on application to patent work in the life sciences and chemical arts, and Solve was one of the most robust tools we examined. Moreover, the product had the right balance in terms of prompt input and automation features - the overall user experience and interface was incredibly accessible. Our feedback is based on testing multiple similar tools in this space, and Solve was head and shoulders above all others. Since it is a cloud-based, browser-based product, implementation was a breeze and if one is familiar with the usual office tools, working with sequences, and chemical drawing software, it will be easy to implement and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Solve Intelligence Patent Copilot?

I hesitate to say I "disliked" anything since: (a) it is a young product undergoing continued improvement and evolution to the better; and (b) Solve was so receptive to our feedback that I am confident that any of the nits are being addressed or will be addressed. We looked at the current web-based version, but I understand that a Word plugin is on the development horizon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solve Intelligence Boosts Efficiency—Especially for Software Patents"
5/5
What do you like best about Solve Intelligence Patent Copilot?

We used Solve Intelligence for about a month and found it to be a highly useful tool, especially for computer-related inventions. The software performs particularly well in generating detailed specifications and flowcharts from minimal input. One standout feature is the ability to create patent drawings using just text prompts. The auto-generated method flowcharts and their accompanying descriptions are particularly impressive. These capabilities significantly reduce the time and effort needed to prepare high-quality patent drafts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Solve Intelligence Patent Copilot?

We found the software less efficient when working on mechanical inventions. Preparing mechanical patent specifications required much more manual input. Creating accurate drawings, assigning labels, and defining figure legends took a considerable amount of time. It felt like the AI needed more contextual understanding for mechanical systems. That said, this might improve as we get better at crafting effective prompts for mechanical inventions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solve Intelligence for European Applications"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Solve Intelligence Patent Copilot?

I have been using Solve Intelligence's drafting AI product for one year. I am a European patent attorney and Solve Intelligence already has templates and features that are adapted to EPO drafting. The tool is very helpful in generating drafts and you can use the AI in every part of the application process. I usually start the first draft by providing to the tool the description provided by the applicant, with minor modifications. I receive back a good draft, which sometimes gives further applications than the ones given by the applicant. It understands a wide range of inventions, performs in-depth analysis, and provides high-quality edits. Using Solve Intelligence has reduced the time I spend on drafting and editing an application and even provides additional ideas. I would confidently recommend it to other patent attorneys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Solve Intelligence Patent Copilot?

As this is a completely new tool and I have no experience of others, I cannot recommend improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solve's Patent Copilot allows me to focus on what matters most whilst drafting."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Solve Intelligence Patent Copilot?

Drafting a full and robust description in a patent application consumes a large portion of the overall time allotted to complete a draft. Solve's Patent Copilot provides an intuitive system for time-efficient preparation of detailed descriptions. This allows for a larger balance of the time available for preparing a draft to be used on the things that underpin "why" a patent application has been filed – preparing robust claims and figures. This means that by using Solve’s Patent Copilot to aid in the drafting process, maximum value from the time available for a draft can be derived by the client. In addition, the constant functionality updates that the Solve team provide are improving both the quality of output and time saved with each update, and the Solve team are ready to answer queries and provide tips and support to get the best out of the tool. What do you dislike about Solve Intelligence Patent Copilot?

The figure editor is not at present as feature-rich as the text-based aspects of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It's the future of patent practice"
5/5
What do you like best about Solve Intelligence Patent Copilot?

As a patent agent with nearly 25 years of experience in mechanical engineering and product development, I’ve trained numerous associates over the years to draft patent applications in my style—but after my most recent associate left the firm, I decided instead to fully integrate SolveIntelligence’s Patent Copilot into my workflow. The result has been nothing short of transformative. Rather than spending months/years training someone new, I can now rely on SI to consistently produce high-quality, well-structured drafts that reflect my strategic direction and drafting preferences. It automates the time-consuming parts—like Backgrounds, Summaries, and detailed technical descriptions—while allowing me to focus on claims, strategy, and client-specific innovation framing. The output is remarkably clear and better than what I used to expect from junior attorneys or I create over a week or two, and my drafting time has been reduced by 60% or more. I routinely generate applications in under a 5 hour, then fine-tune with the the included editor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Solve Intelligence Patent Copilot?

There are issues....Learning AI takes time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Shifted more time to patent strategy - cut total time"
5/5
What do you like best about Solve Intelligence Patent Copilot?

I started using Solve Intelligence a few months ago and it changed my entire workflow.

I first tried Solve, with simple disclosures and it produces quality, clear, easy to follow drafts some those simple disclosures. Which actually can be a bit better than some patent filings that are out there, just because of the clarity and consistency throughout the application.

What changed my workflow though is the ability of Solve to understand and work with you on the patent strategy. In every section it let's you input strategy, templates, choose emphasizes, and catch all the details and frameworks that make something innovative. I would say my time per patent is down about 40%, and almost all of my time is now put into writing strategy, breaking down the invention, prepping figures and outlining what I want the focus to be on. I can input all that into Solve and within 30 minutes be looking at 20k word application that is clearly written and describes all that I want it to with figures and claims. I can go and edit in word or use the ai to edit and an hour or two later be done.

For claims, even with my own set, I still find it worth generating some new claims just to get some inspiration on the wording. All the same, what is actually most impressive is that I have yet to see a claim that is unusable if the strategy is set.

I would say I use it regularly now for drafts, although I still edit it in word. In the two months I have been using it I have completely changed the backend of my firm and modernized it, but this has the most impact on how I practice law. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Solve Intelligence Patent Copilot?

The thing about Solve is that sometimes it can be unclear how to do certain things. For example, if an examiner cites the wrong patent application the ai will try very hard to cite the wrong patent as well. You can completely avoid this issue, but you have to speak to someone to figure out how, and it is not at all obvious. Also, for a patent draft, without input from an attorney, it will write a clear application but it will be a little formulaic, so to get the most out of it you do have to put in work to build out strategy, pre-select what you want to emphasize, and figure out how to communicate with it.

The only thing I do not use is the figure generation.

I wish it had an api so I could integrate it into the backend of my firm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solve Intelligence is a Gamechanger for Drafting"
5/5
What do you like best about Solve Intelligence Patent Copilot?

How long does it take you to write a Background section of an application? The Brief Summary section? For the price, Patent Copilot would probably be worth investing in just to help write those sections alone. But Patent Copilot does so much more.

Patent Copilot has allowed me to draft patent applications at a higher quality in 2/3 of the time. This has allowed me to focus more time on big-picture strategies and on including information that may be helpful during prosecution. Also, because the software is keeping track of the details, I no longer need large, uninterrupted portions of my day to work on a Specification so that I can juggle my thoughts. If I have 1-2 hours to work on an application, I can quickly jump back into Patent Copilot, make some progress on an application, and then attend a meeting. This has allowed me to get applications prepared earlier for my clients. Patent Copilot has been a true gamechanger for my workflow and has allowed me to take on much more work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Solve Intelligence Patent Copilot?

Like any new tool, there is a learning curve. But if you find instructions that make the software write the way you want, then you can add those to a template so that it will write that way going forward. Once you build up your template, there is minimal clean-up work to be done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
