What do you like best about SOLIDWORKS?

In built Simulation tools are really helpful in testing strength, motion and performance.

Can reduce cost before expensive prototyping.

Best and in industry standard in mechanical engineering design.

User friendly interface .

Widely used among the design community.

Customer support is excellent.

What do you dislike about SOLIDWORKS?

Requires very high system requirements, so that you need a powerful pc.

License is a bit expensive, and no free versions for students as well.

Slow and crashes for large assemblies

Solidworks has a great user interface to have a best modelling experience with great accuracy. Ease of implementation with customised tool bar. It has great number of features to help out one with a excellent customer support. It allows user to have a good frequency to use it. Easily integrate with any other modelling software as well. Solidworks as a great capability to adopt any kind of design idea which one can think and help to create it in reality. I am working on it and it has excellent work experience.
