What do you dislike about Sojourn Solutions?

I feel like we have limited hours, and I’d like to make better use of them in a way that lets me problem-solve on my own. That way, we don’t burn hours on investigation and can instead focus on implementing improvements and troubleshooting initiatives, rather than spending so much time diagnosing issues. Their flexibility and commitment stand out. “No” is never an answer—they always find a way forward. Their project management is exceptional, and they’re consistently available, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile. The team is conscientious, friendly, and deeply knowledgeable. Even when a question falls outside their immediate expertise, they quickly bring in the right specialists from within Sojourn. Honestly, the only downside is that I can’t use them more. My time with them is limited, and I’d benefit from having them involved in even more of our projects.
