What do you like best about SOFTRAX?

SOFTRAX has been effective in generating complex SaaS billings based on multiple types of price models to our customers. The use of tiered pricing models allowed for a great deal of customization to the pricing by the sales team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOFTRAX?

The version of SOFTRAX that we are using is hosted versus SaaS. It was very difficult to upgrade the couple of times we undertook that endeavor. The need to do old fashioned upgrades is the biggest negative, not the functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOFTRAX?

Softrax provides a clear breakdown of the revenue recognition calculations. The correct amortization of deferred revenue was critical to our organization, we would not have had confidence in that amortization without Softrax Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SOFTRAX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Confidence in our financials increased - the financials and records were easily auditable. We sold our software with the license and maintenance bundled, Softrax was able to provide us with clear revenue recognition.
