Softeq are experts in the field and were able to provide some great implementation of the project we were working on. However be very mindful of their deadlines being not as expected and lack of transparency on hours.

**What do you like best about Softeq?**

They were professional and willing to communicate to discuss implementation details.

**What do you dislike about Softeq?**

We ended up going with another company due to the lack of transparency on hours and charged a significant amount on something that they didn't end up getting to work and kept telling us they were getting close.

**Recommendations to others considering Softeq:**

Ensure that you get a very clear schedule and lock in the expectations.
