The setup was very seamless, thanks to the team's efforts. **What do you dislike about SoFi at Work?** Employees complain about the marketing—SoFi is the parent company, and they just blast and blast unrelated marketing out to employees. We've asked them to stop, but it is incessant. Also, they have a lot of employee turnover right now. We had a great relationship for years, but in the last 18 months, a lot of the people we loved working with have left, and it is noticeably different from HR and our employees' perspectives. **What problems is SoFi at Work solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use SoFi at Work to enhance employee financial well-being and stay competitive in the labor market against larger employers. ### 2. Retirement planning tools, choices for loans, financial planning materials, and even savings and discounts on various things. Concerns of employees' well-being, both at work and home, are assisted by SoFi at Work. **What do you dislike about SoFi at Work?** Least helpful or downside of SoFi at Work is that it might not fit all employees' solutions as employees feel the tools and resources are not sufficiently suited to each individual's circumstances because employees with financial stability find it more helpful.
