We also love that Social Ladder basically gameifys our brand ambassador program so that ambassadors have a fun way to complete challenges and redeem for fun rewards. Social Ladder also makes the process incredibly smooth when trying to interact and engage with ambassadors. We highly recommend Social Ladder and don't know what we would do without it! **What do you dislike about SocialLadder?** The only downside we have encountered is just some application issues but we have learned that a lot of this is because of changes in the social media apps themselves. We look forward to seeing more options for customizing challenges! **What problems is SocialLadder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Social Ladder helps with keeping all brand ambassador items organized. It would be incredibly hard to manage this program manually. Social Ladder also generates all of our reports so that we can save a lot of time. ### 2. Saves time in not having to deal with email threads and google sheets! **What do you dislike about SocialLadder?** It would be helpful to handle payments without the points system or commission. For instance, just the option to pay someone a flat rate fee for a piece of content. **What problems is SocialLadder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mass emailing influencers is time consuming and can be very difficult to keep organized.
