**What do you like best about Social Network Cloud?**

Very easy to set-up as a one place to have all your social network information available

**What do you dislike about Social Network Cloud?**

The Visual interface is not very appealing and could be more attractive.

All my clients social network accounts are accessible online

**What do you like best about Social Network Cloud?**

What I like most is that this tool provides an easy, flexible and powerful interface to queue posts and tweets. We have been able to post in real time at trade show events as they occur. Not only do they show us how to use the tool, but they also suggest ways to make social marketing more effective.  I really like the result obtained since we use it as a content management tool, to monitor the brand in the social network and as a reporting tool for our internal reports about our efforts in social networks and the brand in the social network everything has been Excellent!

**What do you dislike about Social Network Cloud?**

What I do not like is regarding the management of the labels in the comments and messages has always been a challenge for the administrators of our community. The administration of Facebook sites is different from other networks, that is a bit difficult. 

**Recommendations to others considering Social Network Cloud:**

I highly recommend it if you are interested in performing excellent social network monitoring.

No problem presented itself.

**What do you like best about Social Network Cloud?**

This tool has integration with data banks, so the results of each applied test can be sent to any member of the team. The user interface is also easy and convenient to use. Develop all the information corresponding to the audience and the area in which you wish to approach through its segmentation tools. Interpret the data collected efficiently and offers the possibility of sending information to other team members. Social Network Cloud the best software to manage social networks.

It is expensive and this is always something that upsets you.

I recommend this tool 100% you will be satisfied for having made an excellent decision to acquire this platform.

None at times and many benefits because we are well-owned in social networks and this has an impact on excellent profits and satisfied customers.

**What do you like best about Social Network Cloud?**

This tool has the function of queuing publications and tweets, a feature that has given me many benefits. We have been able to publish in real time and give immediate answers while maintaining customer satisfaction. Another feature that I really like is that they also suggest ways to make social marketing more effective. The integration with other CRM services is a great benefit. This software is also compatible with several platforms and many more features that make it consider one of the best software I have tested.

There is nothing that disgusts me, it would only be better if its price were not so high.

**What do you like best about Social Network Cloud?**

It is a social business network tool with many benefits, perfect for collaborative work, which will allow you to communicate at corporate level through profiles of personal social networks, groups, instant messaging chat, forums, e-mail and even attend virtual conferences. It is ideal to design marketing campaigns, in collaboration with the sales department, is also effective if used as a project manager and follow up on tasks

**What do you dislike about Social Network Cloud?**

The design of the platform lacks attractiveness, being an application used by professionals to use creative work, it should be a little less simplistic, more interactive that will give an innovative character

**What problems is Social Network Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We carried out a campaign on social networks to show the contents of the films that we commercialized in our distributor Amazonia Films, because the opinion of the public about our cinema is important, at the same time we work marketing projects abroad of four of our premiun movies, allowed to do a collaborative work and management first with positive results

Communication is streamlined thanks to oracle. The cloud platform provides a great interface for collaborating on all types of projects.

**What do you dislike about Social Network Cloud?**

The platform does have a unique layout which was hard for me to adjust to, but in no time I got a hang of it 

**What problems is Social Network Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving international communication problems by being able to have all of our data easily accessed from just about anywhere in the world
