"A dependable outbound process that keeps demos coming"
5/5
What do you like best about Social Bloom?

The consistency is what sets this apart. Social Bloom now gets 12 to 13 demos per month from pre-qualified leads who have not yet made it to the sales team. So far, 137 demos have been set up for pre-qualified leads at Social Bloom, and there are a few leads who have become customers already. I also liked the fact that they did not go with only one message and CTA but tried out multiple lengths and CTAs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Social Bloom?

I do not have any specific challenge to mention here. There is no other big change except at the start of our efforts, where we were experimenting with varying lengths and CTAs for messages. It was just a bit challenging in the beginning, but the team managed it well after that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Social Bloom Delivered Consistent, High-Quality Leads Beyond Expectations"
5/5
What do you like best about Social Bloom?

Our products are SaaS, and we required a reliable partner for entering new markets. We chose Social Bloom due to their high ratings, cultural fit, and value for money, and they have delivered beyond our expectations. They have allocated an exclusive team of 2-5 people to help us form our ICP into three main categories and create high-quality lead lists, which they follow up through Email and LinkedIn on a daily basis. The things that I like the most about them are consistency and high-quality leads. Since January, they have generated 137 demos for us, resulting in 12-13 appointments per month. Some of them have even turned out to be customers for us. The project management process at Social Bloom is excellent because they reply instantly and regularly keep us updated through virtual meetings and emails with practical advice. What do you dislike about Social Bloom?

Really, there isn’t anything much that needs improving at all, as far as I can tell; the performance has been outstanding. But if there was something to say, then it would be that the preparation period at the beginning where they really fine-tuned their ICP and tried out lots of different angles, calls to action, and lengths of copy needed some patience before they got into full swing. "I like how they actually listened to what we needed."
5/5
What do you like best about Social Bloom?

The biggest benefit has been having a dedicated team handling prospecting and appointment setting. It has taken a lot of pressure off our internal team and allowed us to focus on higher-priority work while knowing outreach is being managed consistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Social Bloom?

My experience has been very positive overall. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be having a more detailed kickoff process so expectations, targeting, and campaign goals are aligned from day one.Other than that, the team has been responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the engagement. "Strong Pipeline Results and Practical Sales Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Social Bloom?

The feedback was the most compelling part of the engagement. Creating +25 sales qualified leads and converting 6 of those opportunities to new clients made a stark difference on our pipeline and sales efforts.

I also love how much support and looff you get from the team throughout. Online meetings were well-facilitated and they patiently explained them what they were doing and why they did it that way. All of this showed us that they are indeed knowledgeable about sales, outreach, and pipeline generation; meaning we left with a better sense of outbound strategy as well. The extra knowledge offered more value than just the immediate leads that processing data could provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Social Bloom?

The most value add from this engagement was the combination of execution together with guidance, which required an active input and our involvement as well. This process is more effective when we agreed on our objectives and discussed the approach in meetings. I would definitely recommend making the time for that collaboration upfront so that expectations and strategy remain clear throughout the engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"More Consistent B2B Lead Generation"
5/5
What do you like best about Social Bloom?

The most successful result from this has been the reliability Social Bloom has provided us in our tedious B2B lead generation & appointment-setting process. They also handled a large portion of the prospecting burden freeing up my internal team to focus on client and sales. From 1st month we saw lots of leads coming in. All was quiet for the first five to six days too, with very few meaningful responses but once the team got a better understanding of our requirements and target audience, we saw great improvement in results. Having done this ever since, they have improved the quality and volume of their lead-generation efforts by nearly 45% against the initial phase of engagement. 97% of the gain has been in how consistently and structurally a process is followed, rather than sheer conversion-rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Social Bloom?

It took a few days to get my head around it all. In first five to six days we didn’t really get many insightful replies here the team was still understanding our needs and target audience. That initial ramp was slower than we'd have licked. But as the targeting and expectations sharpened, performance improved dramatically, and lead-gen activity became significantly more predictable. "Strong Results After a Short Ramp-Up"
5/5
What do you like best about Social Bloom?

The most significant positive for me has to be the shift that we experienced after that initial ramp-up period. The difference became apparent from the first month of being up and running, and has resulted in a very strong picture for us overall. Understand that the team did not go down the road of unnecessarily complicating their process and continued to focus solely on that which was agreed upon around sales outsourcing, more so call center work. They have been instrumental in keeping the engagement flowing and adjusting to our new normal as we worked through the coordination of early efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Social Bloom?

We did face one of our major challenges with time zones. In reality, there were two misalignment meetings, which delayed the start of the whole engagement longer than anticipated. This was more a matter of coordination than the quality of service, but I think that agreeing on clear meeting times in advance would help prevent similar delays. "SQL volume actually matched what sales could handle"
5/5
What do you like best about Social Bloom?

They asked our AEs what a good lead looked like before launching anything. That one step avoided the usual first-month mismatch between marketing and sales definitions of qualified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Social Bloom?

Nothing significant to flag. Although, There is some work required from us at the beginning. They need enough information about the company, our previous customers, positioning, and target market to build something accurate. For a small team, finding that time can be difficult when everyone is already wearing several hats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tracked SQLs to Closed Revenue with Proactive Targeting—RedZone Reviews Shine"
5/5
What do you like best about Social Bloom?

They tracked SQLs all the way through to closed revenue instead of stopping at meetings booked, and adjusted targeting the moment a channel underperformed. The monthly RedZone review is the one vendor call I actually look forward to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Social Bloom?

Nothing major so far, reporting could use a bit more customization for how we like to slice data internally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Support for a Newly Launched Business"
5/5
What do you like best about Social Bloom?

One of the biggest positives for us has been generating leads. We were a new Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Start-Up Company and our website was in its infancy stages with everything we still needed to learn but Social Bloom began sending better leads within the first week. That was a vital boost of morale to start off our campaign as they got us going.

And they regularly write about what they are working on, which I also appreciate. They CC the founder, CEO and any other pertinent people on these emails so every single person is aware of what is going well and what's happening with the campaigns. From my experience, their team been professional and cared about providing effective sales support rather than just creating activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Social Bloom?

Their pricing is at the high end for a newly launched company so this was something we needed to think hard about before proceeding. It also took time to align on our targeting and expectations since we were still more developing stage as a business. Still, the service and initial results are good enough that we've been able to justify more of the cost. I would say make sure you go into the engagement with a solid budget, target market and expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Practical Support for B2B Lead Generation"
5/5
What do you like best about Social Bloom?

I love this because it went from B2B lead generation and appointment setting to a much less vague approach. The team has supported our outbound prospecting process and helped us design a much more structured approach to getting in front of potential business prospects.

The process provides us with even more assistance over this three-month engagement and relieves our internal team of doing every aspect of prospecting themselves. Communication has also been simple which made it easier to talk about targeting, outreach and expectations as the engagement progressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Social Bloom?

One area that needed some tweaking was aligning our plan around the who and how of reaching out. It's similar to any process to outsource sales it just takes a little coordination so that targeting and messaging align with the company seamlessly. I suggest spending ample time upfront on finding the right prospects and expectations so that things can be aligned from the start with the campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
