# How do you keep outsourced lead gen messaging compliant and consultative in regulated industries?

Social Bloom has been largely hands off for our top of funnel lead generation, including defining an ideal client profile and booking qualified intro calls directly into Outlook and our CRM. The main challenge early on was that the initial email templates felt too much like a typical B2B software sales pitch, so we had to tone down the messaging to fit internal regulations and a more consultative tone, which delayed launch a bit. For those using lead generation providers in regulated, relationship-driven spaces, how do you review and refine outreach templates without slowing down results?
