**What do you like best about SOAPe Platinum?**

It’s easy to use but does not email records to other providera

**What do you dislike about SOAPe Platinum?**

I got new computer and when they switched over the software to new computer everything in the software slow down to a turtle pace 
I can’t print multiple medical records I have to do one visit at a time the HCFA didn’t pick up patient address or the date it was printed and I can only print one Hcfa at a time

**Recommendations to others considering SOAPe Platinum:**

Notv if they are going to transfer to another computer it works only at 50% with the new computer

**What problems is SOAPe Platinum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s easy to learn

**What do you like best about SOAPe Platinum?**

Super easy to use. Staffed was trained quickly and customer service is quick to answer any questions you may have. They even set up a training with one of our staff that needed extra assistance.

**What do you dislike about SOAPe Platinum?**

Not really anything we have not liked so far. 

**Recommendations to others considering SOAPe Platinum:**

Get it! Best choice you could make for your practice 

**What problems is SOAPe Platinum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notes are easier to access and retrieved if requested. More effective and accurate note taking.
