Sneek best and unique features is with their continuous live streaming for internal video conference and meeting. The streaming has make it easy for team to communicate in real-time, everyone has to open their video camera and not close it. As for integration, it is fast to implement with CRM tools that we are using and minimum technical configuration is involve and most of the settings is already setup by the customer support team. Sneek help us to keep a constant communication with WFH and remote team members easy without too much technical configuration. Just like a normal video conference platform, Sneek is easy to implement, especially if user want to use in-browser apps without desktop installation. So much dissatisfaction with how their customer support is handling issues and problem, they takes almost the entire week just to solving minor issues like video quality drop or freezing camera. Robust video conference platform that connect teams everyday without fail, the comms is always online, no need to call them to join the session because they are always ready to chat. We never had connection issues like unclear audio or lagging video issue, the software is not too heavy that will consuming too much computer resource that making the process slow. Very hard to integrate Sneek with outside software, it is almost impossible. The only software that they can integrate is with Google account for sign-up purposes, it really is not enough for us. We need integration with cloud storage service like Dropbox for file sharing and transfer, but the customer support is taking forever to responding for our request. Easy to use to keep connecting with colleagues throughout the day. The video call is online all the time, we don't need to ask other to join the session, implementation is easy, the software is light enough that it doesn't taking too much memory space or computer resources. Features like files sharing, screen sharing and private room is available as well, making us comfortable to use it everyday for work collaboration.
