I don't really have much positive to say about Snappy for this review Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Snappy? I didn't like that I was unable to get the full value out of my snappy gift. For my 10-year work anniversary gift, which was supposed to be worth $1000, I lost over $200 in value because I didn't understand the mechanics of how the gift checkout process worked. I was expecting it to be like a gift card where you could use some now and some later, but instead when I checked out with points remaining on my balance, the points were suddenly gone after my first transaction. I reached out to support to see if they could do anything to help recover the lost value and they said all transactions are final.
