"Powerful Yet Simple Integration—AI Recommendations, Visual Design, and Pre-Built Snaps"
What do you like best about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

What I like best about SnapLogic IIP is its balance of power and simplicity. The Iris AI provides intelligent recommendations that speed up development, while the visual designer makes complex orchestrations transparent. Its elastic architecture and massive library of pre-built Snaps allow our team to integrate any application or data source in a fraction of the time compared to traditional ETL tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

The primary areas for improvement are the high cost of entry and the complexity of the DevOps/CI/CD lifecycle. While the UI is great for building, the debugging tools for complex transformations could be more granular, and the browser-based Designer can experience performance lag when handling very large pipelines. Additionally, a more standardized expression language or better documentation for syntax quirks would reduce development friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lowers Required Complexity and Speeds Development... Creating Citizen Developers."
What do you like best about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

It does what it advertises... lowering complexity and speeding development. It actually does enable the "Citezen Developer". It does so by automating a lot of details that are typically not value-added, which allows me to focus on the things that actually create business value; i.e.- I can create a secured endpoint in 5 minutes, and I deploy by simply clicking "Save"... which gives me more time to create pipelines/functionality.

All that said, I often have the ability to micromanage the details IF I WANT TO, though I rarely want to.

We use a hybrid cloud/locally hosted solution; the cloud assets me the design and monitoring really easy.

I really do recommend using SnapLogic, unless you are a blue-blood Developer who is insulted by too much automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

The UI can be slow at times; I know in the background it make be doing a lot... but at times it feels like it's clocking quite a while.

It is not very visually apparent which environment you are in; it is easy to do something in Prod, thinking you're in Test. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ultra-Stable, Scalable, and Effortless Integration Platform"
What do you like best about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

With 3 years of supporting SnapLogic, I really appreciate its Ultra Task stability, rich snap catalog, and how easy it is to trace and troubleshoot issues using the dashboard, logs, and document-level visibility.

The platform is fast to develop on, easy to maintain, and its scalable Snaplex architecture—especially after doing the Agent Creator Bootcamp—gives a lot of flexibility for performance tuning.

Overall, SnapLogic strikes the right balance between power, simplicity, and operational reliability, which is exactly what a production environment needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

What I dislike about SnapLogic is mainly around debugging and visibility.

Some snap-level error messages are not very detailed, which can slow down RCA, and managing dependencies across project spaces can get tricky in large environments.

Also, Ultra Task monitoring could offer deeper metrics, and large pipelines can become visually cluttered.

These improvements would make support and maintenance even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, Efficient Yet Needs Improved Connectivity"
What do you like best about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

I basically like the ease of use and the very user-friendly UI that helps any user to start integrating and building pipelines and integration very easily from scratch. The connectivity is very fast, and it has a lot of snaps available to connect with multiple source systems and process the data. The user-friendly UI, especially the drag-and-drop feature, is very helpful for creating complex pipelines. The initial setup was very easy, and SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform documentation helps a lot whether it's on cloud or on-premises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

Basically, when we are processing a larger dataset, it tends to take a lot of time if the nodes are not configured properly. The nodes might go into one particular node, leading to a lot of execution time. Also, while it is running for a longer time, there's a chance of losing connectivity between the external systems and SnapLogic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Snaplogic IIP - Integration tool with Ease of Use"
What do you like best about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

Snpalogic has been a great tool so far for integration in our projects with much ease of use :

1. It is very easy to use and provides much better user interface.

2. Imeplemention of the pipelines for any requirement is easy to achive.

3. Snaplogic provides loads of features and has list of snaps to chose from based on your requirement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

Though snaplogic has loads of features to provide and implemetation ease of use, but there are certain issues which impacts in some scenarios :

1. Using long queries to fetch redshfit data , it takes loads of time and some times fails in between abruptly.

2. For long running pipelines, we most of the time get Snaplex lost connection, which needs manual restart and takes lots of time and effort.

3. Sometimes debugging the failed instances takes lots of manual debugging time and gets hard to interpret the actual issue with the snaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Beginner-Friendly with Powerful Integrations"
What do you like best about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

I use SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP) every day to create pipelines for various purposes. What I like most is its user-friendly drag and drop approach, which keeps the platform clutter-free by separating management and debugging into separate sections like Monitor and Manager. The platform’s ease of use is also enhanced by its ability to integrate with various third-party tools like Git, Tidal, and AWS, which makes it more powerful. Additionally, SnapLogic's low code/no code nature eliminates the dependency on coding knowledge, making it beginner-friendly. I also appreciate the advanced features that SnapLogic offers, including AI, allowing us to create our own AI agents. The initial setup was quite easy, and we received good support from the SnapLogic support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

In my opinion, SnapLogic is beginner-friendly, but when implementing advanced mappings in the mapper or using advanced or complex expressions, at least JavaScript knowledge is required. While generating an AI agent and implementing it through SnapLogic, there is a dependency on other systems like Streamlit, Python, MongoDB, etc. If that can be done in SnapLogic itself, it would reduce the dependency. Also, regarding enhancing user experience, SnapLogic should improve their certification content as many features are still missing, and due to that, many users are unaware of them. "Effortless Integrations and Enterprise-Grade Performance"
What do you like best about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

What I like most about SnapLogic IIP is how it simplifies complex integrations. The drag-and-drop interface and prebuilt connectors make it easy to build pipelines quickly without heavy coding. It handles large data volumes efficiently and performs reliably at an enterprise scale.

Another advantage is its flexibility—it works seamlessly across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. The scheduling, monitoring, and error-handling features are very helpful for day-to-day operations, making it easier to track pipeline health and troubleshoot issues. Overall, it saves development time, reduces maintenance effort, and helps deliver integrations faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

One area where SnapLogic can be challenging is handling incremental loads. Setting up incremental logic is not always straightforward and often requires additional configuration or custom work, which can increase pipeline complexity and maintenance effort. Debugging such scenarios can also take extra time.

At times, customer support response can be slower than expected, especially for non-critical issues. That said, the platform itself is quite stable, and many issues can be resolved through logs, monitoring, and documentation.

Overall, while there are a few areas that could be improved, SnapLogic’s strengths—such as scalability, performance, and ease of building integrations—largely outweigh these drawbacks, making it a solid and reliable integration platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
