We even reach out to alumni all over the country as it's an easy way to stay in contact. **What do you dislike about Snap! Raise?** I'm a big fan, it's very easy. The only thing I might change is have some type of help section for players for who struggle to find the total number of emails needed. Maybe an idea section for them to refer too. **What problems is Snap! I have passed this on to many other coaches that have their teams now using snap. **What problems is Snap! Raise?** The only thing I really disliked at first was the incentive prizes that we paid for with our raised money. Then we were able to opt out of that choice, and we now keep the full amount. **What problems is Snap! I never heard from my representative, Curtis Terry, no matter how many times I emailed, called or messaged him. He never showed up on two occasions when he was scheduled to come in and video the message from the kids raising the money. Never heard from him at the end of either Snap Raise Fundraiser we did this past fall 2022. I don't even know if he still works for Snap Raise .. **What problems is Snap! I appreciate the one-and-done-ness of the program and how it just works well on it's own without much maintenance. **What do you dislike about Snap! Raise?** I struggled to get things rolling after launching it with my students. We also had a few problems getting things verified, so once the campaign was about to start, we had to delay it a while to make sure everything worked well on their end. **What problems is Snap! Raise solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving a time conservation issue - any fundraiser we run as an organization takes time and effort, and Snap made it all really straightforward and easy for us to get done. ### 38. I think 10 emails is a more reasonable expectation. I do have many phone numbers I can text it to and shares on social media.
