What do you like best about SMTP2GO?

They do exactly what they say they are going to do. We use SMTP2GO as our main email provider for critical business emails because I know I can rely on them to just work. I tried a number of providers before settling on SMTP2GO and very happy with my choice. If I ever need to speak to someone, the support is always friendly and helpful. What do you dislike about SMTP2GO?

Honestly, nothing. I had some issues with their pricing structure as I was left on an old legacy plan which meant I was overpaying. Once spotted they quickly offered to refund all the over payments and give me credit for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SMTP2GO:

I feel SMTP2GO are a little on the expensive side, but everything just works. So I pay a little more every month, but then spend no time managing the system or trying to fix errors so it's worth it for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SMTP2GO solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use them for a lot of email alert notifications and system transactions. We were having issues with previous providers where if we had too many simultaneous connections data would be dropped but with SMTP2GO everything sends correctly all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
