The company has a roadmap with a lot of AI features, and those will take time to implement. **What problems is SMS-iT solving and how is that benefiting you?** The product has been very useful in reaching voters via text and calling at a low set price. After uploading a segmented database of our voters, and providing some basic instructions, it benefits me by allowing others in my organization to directly make contact with our voters. No more working with third-party vendors and the back-and-forth that goes into running a campaign. They are always ready to jump on a Zoom call to help set things up. I have 100% faith that this company is going places, and I plan to enjoy the ride. **What do you dislike about SMS-iT?** Version 2/0 promises to fix the issues below: - The UI needs modernising and simplification - The onboarding process has a few bugs Don't be deterred by Version 1.0.
