For what I've paid for the product, there are no downsides; the product has been a great value for the price. The company has a roadmap with a lot of AI features, and those will take time to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SMS-iT solving and how is that benefiting you?

The product has been very useful in reaching voters via text and calling at a low set price. After uploading a segmented database of our voters, and providing some basic instructions, it benefits me by allowing others in my organization to directly make contact with our voters. No more working with third-party vendors and the back-and-forth that goes into running a campaign. When I started with SMSiT Decentralized almost a year ago now, I was looking for a software program that could help me Text Market. What do you like best about SMS-iT?

SMS-iT is an easy-to-use SMS messaging platform and beyond. SMS-iT allows you to send text messages, promotions, reminders, birthday wishes, and easily create text funnels for better lead qualification.

The Decentralized Version gives SMB like us the opportunity to tap into SMS marketing without breaking the bank.

The smart tools already available in SMS-iT 1.0 as well as the upcoming SMS-iT 2.0 are impressive and will give to small business a powerful platform to literally perform omni-channel marketing at an affordable price. Yes, be wherever your customers are to serve them well.

I also appreciate the level of involvement of the Founder to its community and to speedily develop and enrich the SMS-iT platform. The sneak preview of SMS-iT platform is simply mindblowing. I also like the founder's ambition to compete with the best and the confidence to par with them.

What do you dislike about SMS-iT?

What I dislike is the account set-up process in the Decentralized Version. Too complicated but at least SMS-iT has an excellent customer service ready to support you to get started. Happy, that this critical feedback has been acknowledged and SMS-iT is working on it.

"2-way omni-channel app with massive potential"

What do you like best about SMS-iT?

There are four ways I can send unlimited SMS via the decentralized version:

1) SMS-iT FREE Public US Number.

2) I can use my Simcard, i.e a Simcard Gateway is available, for unlimited messaging.

3) SMPP Gateway: I can set up a free SMPP Server on my desktop/server, for free unlimited messaging, by using my mobile network connection.

4) In-built Twilio Gateway

The Founder and the support team are incredibly supportive. They are always ready to jump on a Zoom call to help set things up. I have 100% faith that this company is going places, and I plan to enjoy the ride. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Version 2/0 promises to fix the issues below:

- The UI needs modernising and simplification

- The onboarding process has a few bugs

What problems is SMS-iT solving and how is that benefiting you?

For some time I've been considering how to grow my user database, retain loyal subscribers and drive sales.

A recent study concluded that the email engagement rate is low compared to SMS. SMS produces engagement rates six to eight times higher than businesses normally achieve via email marketing when used for redemption, data collection and brand awareness.

I knew my business had to begin using SMS, but I avoided using it for marketing because for most of us it's quite complex and expensive.

SMS-iT Decentralized helps me to increase traffic, subscribers, and sales through unlimited two-way omnichannel messaging and marketing at scale.

SMS-iT has developed a tool that is easy to understand plus an option to send and receive unlimited free SMS texts. Music to my ears!
