Customer support is great, they are available when required and will promptly reply and get your matter resolved. **What do you dislike about SmatBot?** 1. The additional BI purchase must be avoided as other similar serivce which I use does not require us to buy additional BI. 2. The media upload size needs to improve especially for video files, which other similar service I use has an option to till 16mb, here we have the option to only upload 5mb video, which I not usefull as any video below 5mb the quality is quite bad. **What problems is SmatBot solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the problem of number being getting blocked when we use unofficial WhatsApp broadcast ### 3.
