1. Very easy to use, and easy to make the changes in the flows of the chatbot 
2. Cost-friendly for Startups as well

As an NGO, Smatbot help us with easy WhatsApp chatbot conversation with the new joiners, help people to know more about the NGO and there is less manpower used in this

**What do you like best about SmatBot?**

I have been using the product for quite sometime and I must say it is loaded with features, if you have the budgets for it then its a must use app. And the integration process was completd in 1 day along with the business account verification process. Customer support is great, they are available when required and will promptly reply and get your matter resolved.

**What do you dislike about SmatBot?**

1. The additional BI purchase must be avoided as other similar serivce which I use does not require us to buy additional BI.

2. The media upload size needs to improve especially for video files, which other similar service I use has an option to till 16mb, here we have the option to only upload 5mb video, which I not usefull as any video below 5mb the quality is quite bad.

It solves the problem of number being getting blocked when we use unofficial WhatsApp broadcast

I had a great experience using Smatbot. Smatbot fulfilled all of my expectations in every way and i recommend anyone who is looking for AI bots must start with smatbot.

From the user-friendly interface to the extensive range of features, Smatbot impressed me at every turn. The platform's intuitive design made it easy for me to navigate and accomplish my tasks efficiently. Additionally, the robust functionality provided me with all the tools I needed to create and manage my chatbot effectively.

**What do you dislike about SmatBot?**

I dont dislike any features as such while using smatbot.

**What problems is SmatBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Smatbot has greatly enhanced our client experience by drastically shortening query resolution times. Clients no longer have to wait for extended periods to receive assistance; instead, they can quickly and efficiently interact with the chatbot to get the answers they need. This improved responsiveness has not only increased client satisfaction but has also strengthened our relationships with them.

Setting up the chatbot was really easy. SmatBot has a user-friendly platform where you can customize how the chatbot looks and create conversations that fit your business. We were also able to connect it to our existing customer management system, which made everything seamless.

Very polite and supportive staff. Very great to experience while discussing about the project development. Deployment of project always in a time. Onboarding process is very simple.

Now a days support needs to be improve. It should be in a time only. Should have some ticketing tools which may track the issues and have some priority for each tickets.

When WhatsApp bot get started I never think that we can do frame concept with WhatsApp. But when I reached to smatbot they have such solutions and even they did the implient a very quick.

The ease of setting up the bot in their website was pretty easy. They stick true to the words for no coding platform. The only dev you need is to install it on your website. Number of features they provide are also vast.

As the product is in the early stage when I used it was having a lot too many simple issues which got resolved through customer support. But could have made more robust product.

I like the way it can be integrated with many platforms and devices, we have integrated the chatbot with freshdesk, Zoho CRM, google sheets and also on our mobile app.
