I have been using the product for quite sometime and I must say it is loaded with features, if you have the budgets for it then its a must use app. And the integration process was completd in 1 day along with the business account verification process. 1. The additional BI purchase must be avoided as other similar serivce which I use does not require us to buy additional BI.

2. The media upload size needs to improve especially for video files, which other similar service I use has an option to till 16mb, here we have the option to only upload 5mb video, which I not usefull as any video below 5mb the quality is quite bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
