What do you like best about Smartway2?

Web platform that supports single sign on, provides a quick snapshot of room availability and allows you to book rooms as required (including supporting notes, set up requirements etc) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartway2?

Sometimes a little glitchy - for example booking in a longer meeting but it saves it as a 30 minute default meeting. Took a while for our organisation to integrate it with Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Smartway2?

Ease of use for end users - it's pretty smooth and if not quite foolproof, almost! The meeting room panels are great, a huge improvement for our meeting room management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartway2?

Support are very quick when it's an easy fix, but tricky cases can drag on. It would be great if there was a way of performing an immediate sync between Smartway and Active Directory - at the moment it's a timed sync only which can be annoying when setting up new users in a hurry. That's a minor quibble though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
