**What do you like best about SmartSignin?**

It made accessing VPN, and work intranet sights very simple from home. I liked that I didn't have to log into multiple screens.  It also interfaced with some of our customers' portal logins, which was great.

**What do you dislike about SmartSignin?**

When it came time to change my passwords at the required time, it locked me out, and I had to have IT reset.  I also had to use a loaner laptop when mine was having issues.  It caused me to be locked out, as it automatically had me signed into two systems, and I couldn't get logged out of the loaner.

**What problems is SmartSignin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Again, it simplified my experience working from home the most.  I also liked that I didn't have to remember a bunch of different passwords.  I also had to reset passwords less.
