"SmartLead has major issues."

What do you like best about Smartlead?

Nothing. And I've been sending cold emails every day for three years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartlead?

Their support is a true waste of your time.

Their AI agent uses the absolute worst AI models and always suggests incorrect things.

Any human support is outsourced to cheap countries, and they know nothing.

Their user interface is surprisingly horrible. It's like they tried their very best to make it as bad as possible.

A lot of features just don't work. You can't see any replies from SMTP accounts in their master inbox, and that's a fact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
