I like that Slice Global Equity is used by and answers the needs of all departments, from HR and legal to finance and management. It's awesome how it essentially addresses all company needs when it comes to equity (employee options, stocks, shareholder management and much more. The way everything is managed on a single platform, tailored to all company needs, is a unique and one of a kind innovation! The initial setup was surprisingly easy, with the team being very supportive, attentive, and quick to solve any issues. There's always room for improvement. No product is perfect. But the one thing that stands out with Slice is that they are always on the lookout to locate such needed improvements and listen to their clients. I really like that Slice Global Equity is very broad and has a lot of automations that save me a lot of time. It's flexible and looks cool. The platform is evolving on a daily basis, which is great. The UX/UI is very intuitive. The workflows really help streamline and speed up our processes, and the reporting is especially helpful for accounting and compliance. Slice Global Equity has really solved all my pains in the equity process, especially the manual work and discrepancies between platforms- HR system, legal records, etc. It saved me so much time by allowing me to control my records without depending on an account manager's SLA.
