What do you like best about Slice Global Equity?

Slice makes managing our equity program simple and transparent. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for team members who don't work with equity data every day. As part of the finance team, I rely on Slice for stock-based compensation reporting, and the data exports are clean, well-structured and easy to reconcile with our accounting records. What do you like best about Slice Global Equity?

As a CFO, this is a tool I can’t do without. It gives us fully automated, end-to-end equity management, so we can spend our time on value-add work instead of chasing manual tasks. It also provides a clear framework for HR and Finance to co-own equity with essentially zero friction.

The platform itself is very easy to use and delivers about 99% of the out-of-the-box reporting & workflows we need. But what I value most about Slice is that they’ve become our trusted advisor on all equity-related topics. I’ve never experienced that level of support with another vendor in the CFO office. We’re an established company with a complex cap table that had passed through multiple hands over the years, resulting in historical discrepancies and gaps against trustee records. During onboarding, the Slice team reviewed years of records and helped us reconcile the data and organize all our option documentation. Their hands-on support was exceptional.

Today, we manage our option pool, grants, grant letters and exercise documentation through Slice, and we can generate our cap table at the click of a button. The platform integrates with Bob, pulling employee information directly into the system without manual data entry. Employees can also exercise their options independently through the platform, without the company having to manually manage the process. What do you like best about Slice Global Equity?

The AI capabilities are what I like most about Slice. Being able to ask questions in natural language and receive accurate answers, generate tables for board meetings, create reports, and get clear explanations of financial statements makes the platform extremely valuable.

I also really appreciate the integrations with Bob and other automated systems. They eliminate the need to enter the same data twice, reduce manual work, and help prevent errors or inconsistencies between different tools.

I really like the AI integration and real-time compliance features in Slice Global Equity. The AI integration allows me to sort through and pull data with just a simple prompt or two, making it easy to generate custom reports, tables, and calculations. I can also pull historical data and other information, which has been much more time-consuming and manual on other platforms. We are still in the process of tailoring the waterfall modeling feature to account for nuances in how our preferred shares and common shares would be treated in connection with a potential liquidity event.
