**What do you like best about Skyfactor Benchworks?**

The tracking system was helpful and the information the system could pull from banner was helpful. We also used the information from the surveys as predictors. 

**What do you dislike about Skyfactor Benchworks?**

We used mapworks before skyfactor took it over as well as during the first year that skyfactor took it over and the system appeared to be much less user friendly at the time. I hear that it has improved. 

**What problems is Skyfactor Benchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goal to increase retention at our institution. Tracking system, predictive indicators.
