The most useful feature for us as a staffing agency was their Talent re-discovery that helps us find best matches according to the JD and the required role from our database of a million. That's like 50% of our time saved in job posting and manual screening.

Not much of a challenge but it did take us a few days to learn to use the software effectively. This can definitely be improved by them.

I have used Skima AI's platform for 14 days in its free trial, the feature i liked the most was its resume parser, that one feature combined with saved at its matching score saved 4-5 hours a day. Since I am a freelance recruiter at startup, the entire platform felt really great.

Since i only used it for 14 days as my freelance work ended early i couldn't find much negatives, although i think there could be a option for Zoom VC interviews.

Skima AI's customer support made it a lot easier for me to understand and get used to this software.

Candidates tend to lie on their resumes and that makes it harder for us to analyze them but Skima AI's skill evidence detection helps spot candidates who have exaggerated their skills, experience, etc.

Some of my favorite features of Skima Ai is it's Ai Matching Score, Public Job posting, Ai campaigns and my most favorite is Ai chat based search- I think it's going to change recruitment forever.

When we are looking for candidates for multiple roles, it's get harder for us to use the Boolean strings for exactly what we are looking for, for me personally that is very complicated and Skima AI with it's AI chat based search makes it so much easier for me to just type in what i am looking for and I will be provided with the best candidates in minutes. Skima AI has many useful features that are not too complex to implement in day-to-day tasks. Skima AI lets you upload candidate profiles and details manually, sync with the cloud, and pull in data directly from there, as well as have smooth integration with ATS for transferring data automatically, which makes creating a candidate pool so much easier. Some features might be a little tricky to understand at first, but they have solid customer support; they were really patient to help me with my doubts.

**What do you dislike about Skima AI?**

It might sound cliche, but there is nothing for me to dislike about Skima AI; as I said, it has made my job really stress-free and quick. The understanding of the features part could be complex at first, but their team makes sure that your queries are solved.

**What problems is Skima AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reviewing CVs can be really time consuming and frustrating. I had to go through 100s of resumes only to find one or two qualified candidates according to the job requirements. That's when the hidden costs of reviewing CVs hits hard. The worst part? I probably was missing great talent. There just wasn’t enough time to go beyond surface-level screening. And that meant slower hiring, delayed decisions, and, let’s be honest, a lot of unnecessary frustration. With the help of Skima ai, instead of spending hours reviewing CVs, I get an AI Matching Score that instantly highlights the best matches. So I don't have to worry about sifting through piles of resumes and make more efficient decisions faster. Recruiting is still challenging, but at least now, I know I’m spending my time where it actually matters, connecting with the right talent.
