The understood our problem from the start and we’re incredibly helpful answering our queries. The project management along the way was clear. **What do you dislike about SIX & FLOW?** There’s isn’t much to dislike! They are a terrific team with incredible knowledge of HubSpot. If you’re looking for a partner that will listen to your needs, and use their industry experience to bring you an awesome solution then choose six and flow. You won’t regret it! **Recommendations to others considering SIX & FLOW:** Highly reccomend Six & Flow. I've worked with a lot of implementations teams before that promise the world and never deliver. Six & Flow delivered on everything they said they would and more. Genuinely impressed. **What problems is SIX & FLOW solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problem helping to solve: - HubSpot implementation - we were looking for a sales and marketing platform to align our team, enforce a single source of truth, and measure clear ROI of marketing and sales efforts - we were previously using 4 different tools - six and flow helped us consolidate our tech stack and set up a HubSpot platform that is integrated with our wider tech stack ### 2. It was easy for the to identify the problems in our systems and fill the gaps. The helped us to strategize and conduct digital marketing campaigns. I also like that they are patient and supportive. **What do you dislike about SIX & FLOW?** It took a while for us to understand what exactly they were doing for us but we soon caught up. They are incredible. **Recommendations to others considering SIX & FLOW:** SIX & FLOW is foresighted, knowledgeable and has the experience. **What problems is SIX & FLOW solving and how is that benefiting you?** SIX & FLOW helped us to set up and implement Hubspot as well as to strategize and execute degital marketing campaigns. They helped us to integrate it with our existig systems. Thanks to them our systems operate seamlessly. This saves us time, supports our digital marketing efforts and increases conversions. ### 3. They were creative in their approach to some very non-standard technical issues. **What do you dislike about SIX & FLOW?** The initial strategy work was a lot to take in. It was a very meaty piece of work and our team struggled to take all of it in - it was great work, but it was a challenge for us to consume it ahead of the project kicking off. **Recommendations to others considering SIX & FLOW:** They were good at setting initial objectives and reinforcing the outcomes we said we were looking for at the start of the project. These were useful for us all refering back to - I'd recommend getting them in place. **What problems is SIX & FLOW solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking to integrate HubSpot with our membership & payment system. We work in the management consultancy space with with a high number of memberships and subscriptions. ### 4. Rich is always pressing us to discover and do more - Charlie was a wizz, kind, and thoughtful in the implementation, suggesting new ideas and then going off to implement them. **What do you dislike about SIX & FLOW?** I can't think of many - the team there just care. **Recommendations to others considering SIX & FLOW:** Get in touch and find out what they can do for you. They'll tell you if they can't help. **What problems is SIX & FLOW solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed help building automation and integrating Hubspot into our community for marketers. We knew we needed some help, but weren't 100% sure what we needed. The team at Six & Flow were great at helping us help ourselves in identifying the areas we needed support with and the tools needed to get there - especially during the initial kick-off workshop - it really set us on the right path which has delivered great financial results! **What do you like best about SIX & FLOW?** 1 - The people - I specifically travelled from London to Manchester to meet the people and see their offices before signing the contract. Having had bad experiences with agencies in the past, it was really important to me that I could 'get on' with the people at our agency. In summary, you won't meet a nicer bunch of people, who will go the extra mile for you at all costs. 2 - The expertise - These guys know their stuff, being especially hot on the Inbound and ABM side of things. This is exemplified by their partnerships with and recognition from HubSpot & Drift to name a few - there's nobody better if you use those tools (or want to use those tools). 3- What you see is what you get - They don't roll out the impressive sales guys at the pitch, and then you never see them again, as most agencies do. I've always been able to get hold of anyone in the team, including Rich, the MD. And, if things don't go plan, they don't hide from it, they fix it - which I love. **What do you dislike about SIX & FLOW?** Being based in Manchester, with us in London, there were one or two times when a face-to-face meeting would've been easier, but the distance meant this was always possible. However, that's not their fault, we knew that when we joined - and Zoom calls are a pretty good alternative! **Recommendations to others considering SIX & FLOW:** You won't find anyone better qualified to deliver your inbound strategy **What problems is SIX & FLOW solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1 - Getting a single view of our customers (and the tech-stack needed to get this) 2 - Reporting key metrics 3 - How to best drive and capture leads, using an Inbound approach. We've got our single-view of the customer, which has revealed a whole load of interesting insight and makes the day-to-day work life so much easier. We're now using Hubspot as much as we can, and it's genuinely helping drive financial success ### 9. Additionally, they work with us on a monthly basis to help us deliver and execute on a seamless, streamlined inbound marketing strategy. **What do you like best about SIX & FLOW?** The website team at Six & Flow took the time to understand our brand, what we wanted to accomplish and what was most important to us. They were honest about what could and couldn't be delivered in the timeframes and communication was a breeze thanks to their advanced project management via Asana. They took a real interest in our brand, exhibiting a passion to deliver high quality materials that would help us to succeed. They took a complicated brand concept and made it a reality for us, delivering on-time and surpassing expectations. As far as their day to day operations goes, the team is methodical, responsive, thoughtful and communicative. They have the best interest of our company at heart and we genuinely feel like they are an extension of our business. **What do you dislike about SIX & FLOW?** I have worked with many marketing agencies in the past that have been disasters. I have had issues with poor communications, random additional charges, bad standards and more. We were apprehensive to relinquish so much control over to Six & Flow but from the beginning we have been very happy, and I can honestly report that there isn't anything we dislike about the agency. **Recommendations to others considering SIX & FLOW:** The marketing workshop that Six & Flow conducted with us at the start of our relationship was invaluable to all the work we have done with them since.
