1 - The people - I specifically travelled from London to Manchester to meet the people and see their offices before signing the contract. Having had bad experiences with agencies in the past, it was really important to me that I could 'get on' with the people at our agency. In summary, you won't meet a nicer bunch of people, who will go the extra mile for you at all costs.
2 - The expertise - These guys know their stuff, being especially hot on the Inbound and ABM side of things. This is exemplified by their partnerships with and recognition from HubSpot & Drift to name a few - there's nobody better if you use those tools (or want to use those tools).
3- What you see is what you get - They don't roll out the impressive sales guys at the pitch, and then you never see them again, as most agencies do. I've always been able to get hold of anyone in the team, including Rich, the MD. And, if things don't go plan, they don't hide from it, they fix it - which I love.
