We were not expecting the integration to be so fast and easy. It took only a few minutes, and we were up and running!
The process for extracting phrases from our site was amazing, especially compared to some of the competitors we tried. We have a lot of dynamic content on our site, so that was a big concern for us, and SiteTran extracted and translated all of it no problem.
We don't use the AI translation option a lot since having 100% perfect translations is a requirement for us, but it's nice to know it's there, and we do make use of the AI suggestions quite a bit.
Another really awesome feature that we weren't expecting was the possibility to translate variables on our site, that worked like magic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At first some team members were a bit overwhelmed by all the functionality available in the translator interface. Not everyone on the team had previous experience using a translation management systems before we adopted SiteTran... But after using it a bit it actually turned out to be quite straightforward, and now we mostly love it.
