**What do you like best about SimpleVDR?**

The interface is brand new and modern, making it both easy to use and fast. I found it simple to involve advisors, as well as legal and financial teams, and managing an unlimited number of users is straightforward. I also appreciate the legal-grade export feature.

**What do you dislike about SimpleVDR?**

Support is currently available through email, but I would really like to have a chat feature integrated directly into the software.

**What problems is SimpleVDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Document management and sharing are straightforward. Unlike other VDR products, I can quickly see what has changed since my last login, thanks to a dedicated report available on the dashboard and notified via email. I also appreciate that there are no restrictions or extra charges for including all my team members and external consultants.
