That to me is key especially when just starting a business and having to take time away from it to do tasks such as these. I like the layout of the design of this program and it truly is user friendly and easy to get going and use it. **What do you dislike about SimpleInvoices?** After spending some time navigating around the program I haven't found anything in particular that I dislike.I would really only say I dislike that it took so long to find such a wonderful program honestly. **Recommendations to others considering SimpleInvoices:** If you're looking for an amazing program for all your business needs look no further! **What problems is SimpleInvoices solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am currently going to be able to eliminate and outside source from doing my invoices and essentially the accounts payable and receivable. I also get to eliminate another program I use for billing purposes and now I have everything I need in a one stop shop program and will continue to use this for my future business needs. ### 3. Overall it generates invoices in a nice presentable way and the invoice generator is overall very simple. **What do you dislike about SimpleInvoices?** I really dislike that the customization of invoices is lacking which results in the invoices having a plain presentation. Overall that isn't very important and plain invoices are fine but it would still be nice for there to be a little more customization of design **Recommendations to others considering SimpleInvoices:** Overall I strongly recommend this because it is so simple to use. This is especially good for people who are freelancing in one way or another. **What problems is SimpleInvoices solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to create invoices to clients in a simple well documented manner. ### 4. It made it very easy for vendors to get paid on time because of the format. **What do you dislike about SimpleInvoices?** I wish there were advanced setting that allowed invoices to be categorized or grouped easily. i would prefer that some could be locked for security purposes. That way managers would not have access to other invoices for other managers. **Recommendations to others considering SimpleInvoices:** Definitely use it!! Very simple and easy to use. good interface. **What problems is SimpleInvoices solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving the timeliness of invoices paid. We have many vendors and invoices that come in weekly and sometimes our managers lose track of what's still out there and what has been paid. They also have issues when vendors make mistakes on their invoices. This software solved the problem of getting the invoices paid on time and keeping track of them. ### 5. We create a large amount of invoices for a single vendor that we may only have one purchase from but this software allows me to create quick and efficient invoices. Using this software has reducing the amount of time we are waiting on payments. Our AP days has seen a 30% decrease. This has streamlined our cash follow. **What do you dislike about SimpleInvoices?** If I am on the road traveling to trade shows or other markets I have to make sure I have a fast internet connection or it takes a really long time to load each page. Accepted payments in different currency can be confusing to understand. It has taken some time to get understand all the features of the software. **Recommendations to others considering SimpleInvoices:** The ability to customize the dashboard. Giving me the ability to only see what I think it helpful. **What problems is SimpleInvoices solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest benefit our company has seen from this software is the large decrease in our AP Days. We have experienced about a 30% in our AP days. This has really help to free up cash flow. ### 6. Invoicing Made Easy **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2018 **What do you like best about SimpleInvoices?** Being able to create professional looking invoices at a very quick speed is the best feature of this! **What do you dislike about SimpleInvoices?** I found it difficult to navigate through creating my first invoice, that was with absolutely no experience with the software at all. **Recommendations to others considering SimpleInvoices:** If you are looking for a easy to use software that will produce professional invoices, I would highly recommend testing out SimpleInvoices, they are definitely one of the better invoicing software companies I have worked with. **What problems is SimpleInvoices solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were just using Excel to create our invoice before, which was extremely time consuming and wasn't using our time wisely.
