I am always looking for ways to work smarter, not harder and this program is excellent and it's so easy to get yourself setup and running. That to me is key especially when just starting a business and having to take time away from it to do tasks such as these. I like how easy it is to be able to create invoices for the appropriate situations. Overall it generates invoices in a nice presentable way and the invoice generator is overall very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really dislike that the customization of invoices is lacking which results in the invoices having a plain presentation. Overall that isn't very important and plain invoices are fine but it would still be nice for there to be a little more customization of design Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there were advanced setting that allowed invoices to be categorized or grouped easily. i would prefer that some could be locked for security purposes. That way managers would not have access to other invoices for other managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the best features of this software is the payment form that has been embedded inside each invoice. We create a large amount of invoices for a single vendor that we may only have one purchase from but this software allows me to create quick and efficient invoices. Using this software has reducing the amount of time we are waiting on payments. Our AP days has seen a 30% decrease. This has streamlined our cash follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I am on the road traveling to trade shows or other markets I have to make sure I have a fast internet connection or it takes a really long time to load each page. Accepted payments in different currency can be confusing to understand. It has taken some time to get understand all the features of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
