Simple Smart CMMS Reviews & Product Details

Simple Smart CMMS is a web-based maintenance management system that helps manage work orders and preventive maintenance tasks. The software runs in web browsers and can be installed as a PC or mobile app without complex installation processes. Work orders are logged by selecting a location and describing the task. The system then categorizes the work, matches parts, and calculates associated costs. Cost tracking aggregates labor and parts expenses by location. A unified search function retrieves data across locations, parts, and work categories. Asset tracking connects work orders to specific equipment and maintains records of parts, labor, costs, and replacement dates. Preventive maintenance scheduling allows teams to plan routine tasks. Data ownership remains with the user, and information can be exported at any time. Setup typically takes about an hour, and subscriptions operate on a month-to-month basis.
