A unified search function retrieves data across locations, parts, and work categories. Asset tracking connects work orders to specific equipment and maintains records of parts, labor, costs, and replacement dates. Preventive maintenance scheduling allows teams to plan routine tasks. Data ownership remains with the user, and information can be exported at any time. Setup typically takes about an hour, and subscriptions operate on a month-to-month basis.
