For our company, I noticed users like SilicaCAD because it is Perpetual Licensing and there is no annual fee and for the people who know AutoCAD it is not required any training to learn and it makes us use it very easy especially that we are using AutoCAD for years and we have many old files of DWG
For me, I liked more the extra free tools of easy arch and PDF to DWG Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Incase you want to to get more speed to use the 3D tools you need 1GB graphics CARD Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
