Since I started using it, it has saved me time by employing machine learning model optimization, like having a hyperparameter tuning expert working for me. The automated hyperparameter tuning helped me delve into the technical details. Its implementation is also very easy. The experiment management feature helps keep track of what I have tried and how the settings impact performance. I have used it for multi-objective optimization, where I struggled with balancing speed and accuracy, and it provided me with the best solutions. I frequently use it for my work. Its integration with existing tools was easy and smooth. The customer support is also very supportive and available 24/7. **What do you dislike about SigOpt?** Its cost can be expensive for small startups or individual users on a tight budget, and the learning curve is generally user-friendly, but there is a bit of difficulty for new users. **What problems is SigOpt solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps get work done in less time and increases the productivity of any individual and the company. ### 2. It always gives me the right settings for my machine learning models boosting the performance greatly. **What do you dislike about SigOpt?** Experiment settings as well as outcomes are often difficult to share with other persons in an organization, thereby limiting collaborations and information flows. I was unable to find a more efficient way of discussing optimization tasks with members in my team. **What problems is SigOpt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Minimizing, even eliminating, the errors inherent in hyperparameter tuning is the problem that SigOpt solves.
