What I really appreciate is how easy it is to spin up a server. It takes just a few clicks, no hidden complexity or frustrating setup steps. The documentation is also clear, especially if you're not super familiar with cloud environments. One thing I want to highlight: the platform evolves fast. A recent update added a way to see the task queue, which is super helpful. I am also pleasantly surprised to see GPU utilization, as well as NVLink bandwidth between GPUs, all shown right inside the Jupyter server. Also, big thanks to the support team, especially to Hugo. I'm working with big data for machine learning. The saturn cloud has jupyter notebook support to ease and familiar to use. For now im still using free version of this product. I'm already impressed by the ease and how it implemented my machine learning models without any hassle. It also have integration with google and amazon resources to use. even tough Im not using it. it would be great for professionals to use. For now i frequently use almost all the product, it was great. Then lastly there are live chat that seems always available. **What do you dislike about Saturn Cloud?** There are some downsides that i'm not really like for the saturn cloud, its minor but it could be better if that be provided, for first there are no python version configuration. it stuck on the one version. Other helpful things that I have noticed so far are how easy is to setup an environment (I am using Tensorflow on GPU and did not have to configure anything) and how fast the support is (there were 2 times when I was still using the free plan when I needed to download some datasets for training for some university projects, but the links could not be accessed from the free plan, so I have emailed the support and mentioned the issue and why enabling those links would help me and in a matter of an hour or two the issue was fixed). I am using this service weekly and so far had not any performance issues. **What do you dislike about Saturn Cloud?** One of the things that could be improved is the storage options. There should be a way to select any number of GBs instead of some predefined options. **What problems is Saturn Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saturn Cloud helps me training my AI models easier and faster than I would have done locally on my computer. Even though my university offers some options, they are limited and not comparable to what Saturn Cloud offered: not only the computation power, but also a whole environment really easy to use and a documentation that helps to solve any problems one can encounter. In general, I can say that I often spent an important amount of time setting up environment, lybraries, connections to GPUs and such, which always baffled me because I could not focus on performing the actual coding work.
