What I like about Saturn Clud is the possibility to use for running expensive deep learning and natural language processing models. As they require a lot of computational power, Saturn cloud provides a simple interface to solve the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You need to pay to get computational power. It's quite normal as nothing is free. However, it would be nice to get a free option for new grads or students. I don't have to complain too much though. They are actually giving me free compute hours as part of the ML zoomcamp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While the platform excels in many areas, I would love to see "more" of a selection in unrestricted Large Language Models readily available. Although you can build them in a fresh VM, it would be nice to have pre-configured stacks to save time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- the free gpu in the initial tier was a great welcome, shows confidence in thier product;
- easy to setup environment and experiments run with ease;
- sent a support ticket out of the normal working hours and got a fast response;
- easy to scale the machines;
- simple / user-friendly UI;

The most helpful thing about Saturn Cloud is the performance that you get for the small price. Other helpful things that I have noticed so far are how easy is to setup an environment (I am using Tensorflow on GPU and did not have to configure anything) and how fast the support is (there were 2 times when I was still using the free plan when I needed to download some datasets for training for some university projects, but the links could not be accessed from the free plan, so I have emailed the support and mentioned the issue and why enabling those links would help me and in a matter of an hour or two the issue was fixed). I am using this service weekly and so far had not any performance issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the things that could be improved is the storage options. There should be a way to select any number of GBs instead of some predefined options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love most about Saturn cloud is the ability to work with Jupyter notebooks and Jupyter labs, the presence of high computing power, and also the ability to launch jobs without the need for your computer to be actively on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You have to rerun all pip commands you use within a Jupyter notebook. It will be nice if you have to run a pip command only once after creating the server. I would love to just begin running my code the next time I login and not have to run all pip statements again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
