SignWell Reviews & Product Details

I really like how easy SignWell is to use. It makes signing leases so much easier compared to other software I've used. My tenants also find it straightforward, which is great. The ease of use really saves me time, allowing me to work about twice as fast as I could with previous software. It's the main reason I switched from EasyLandlord to SignWell. The interface is easy to use, and the free tiers make it simple to try it out. The available templates also help with efficiency. I was up and running within minutes of signing up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A tutorial for slightly more advanced functions like templates would be helpful. I had to do trial and error a couple of times to get it right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how SignWell makes digital signing easy and quick. The service's quick onboarding and customization features have been really beneficial. It's easy to sign up, and the user-friendly interface allows me to get digital signatures done fast. After a not-so-great experience with other service, I switched to SignWell and was surprised at how quickly I could complete my tasks without any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found the user experience (UX) helpful, along with the platform’s capabilities, including some I hadn’t even considered until SignWell presented them. I also appreciated the free-tier access for trying it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I didn't love the fact that when I deleted an unsigned, incorrect draft, it counted that against my free plan, unfortunately. Make sure to be careful when selecting your 3 free documents! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find SignWell incredibly useful for short-term rental agreements. The process of getting the agreement to my guest and having them sign it is easy and efficient. The signature process is straightforward for my guests, which I really appreciate. Additionally, I love the audit page at the end of the document that I receive, as it makes the signature process highly traceable and visible for both me and my guest. The initial setup was very easy, which was a great start for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ease of use of SignWell and how quickly I can set up a document. I find sending a document for electronic signature particularly useful. I also appreciate how easy it is to get up and running with the initial setup; I was ready in just a few minutes. Overall, SignWell does the same thing as other products but under better conditions. I like SignWell because it's easy to use. I don't have to train anyone or send documentation; they just receive a link in an email, click it, and can sign automatically, with the form being auto-dated. I find it easier than printing, signing, and scanning documents. The feature of getting three free signatures a month meets my needs perfectly. The initial setup was very simple as I just used Google sign in, and it knew my name without any hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

there was nothing to dislike for my user case, maybe the weird 2 tabs for fields could be improved in UX it took me a little to figure that out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use SignWell to get documents signed for work, and it lets me get them signed quickly and securely in a very efficient manner. What I like most is how simple and intuitive it is to use. The interface for the person receiving the document is excellent and also very intuitive. Time is money, so having clients sign your documents quickly is valuable. I've only used the free trial version, but I've liked my experience so far. The initial setup was very easy, very intuitive, and ready in less than a minute. I like how easy SignWell is to use—it makes the whole process very seamless. It's not just simple for us, but also for our customers. I also value the entire signature process; uploading documents, adding the fields that need signing, and then sending them off is really easy. SignWell integrates very well with email, and the automated emails we receive are very helpful. The initial setup was super simple and quick; we were up and running within five minutes. Nothing. Signwell does exactly what it's supposed to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Super easy to integrate with using the API. I was up and running within 24 hours. I used an AI tool to integrate and had my first customer signing my agreement the next day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing major, only some technical issues with the API, like weird webhook security where it took a number of commits to work around them, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
