I was up and running in less than an hour. I was even able to brand my agreement! I was also impressed with the Customer Success process of leaving a review and getting the free upgrade. I assume it was tied to the single-use and my setting up of the product. Hopefully, the delay was intentional and based on data (meaning the majority of customers that purchase an upgrade do it within a week, and you offer the free upgrade to customers that wouldn't otherwise purchase it after the normally paid upgrade period) **What do you dislike about SignWell?** I have not used it enough to dislike anything. It seems to meet my needs perfectly. I am open to having an in-person conversation in a few months when I've run a few customers through the process. Moreover, it can acquire signatures from other users by utilizing its contact book database, which lets us save and retain various contacts details. **What do you dislike about SignWell?** Even though SingWell has various document templates to choose from, it does not have an inbuilt feature of document modification to make necessary changes when required. **What problems is SignWell solving and how is that benefiting you?** As the title says, it's doing quite well for signing my documents digitally. Using SingWell has been a positive experience for me, from document signing to customer contact details management. ### 41. I really like that I get an email that says the client has viewed it so I can gauge when I have to reengage them to check on the status or to finish the document. **What do you dislike about SignWell?** I haven't found much I don't like about the system. Everything so far seems to be incredibly easy to use and straightforward. If you are a team and would like to go with a brand name, very easily you'll be spending 4x to 5x times for the same solution which DocSketch can provide you. I'm lucky to find DocSketch on AppSumo as an LTD. And when I discovered how simple and effective it is I went ahead and added users for a very small monthly fee. To compare with a branded software, I'm saving 3x times a month. The support team is wonderful and prompt. They even added my request, making the workflow faster and easier. **What do you dislike about SignWell?** Nothing. Absolutely nothing. We are a vocational school and it helps us in our workflow for e-signing and saving us a lot of time (and time is money) The basic functionality of e-sign software is simplicity not only for the sender but for the signer as well. DocSketch has that edge! Since most people use a cellphone to view and sign, DocSketch has worked hard to improve that part in the last few months which was earlier a little minus point for them. **What problems is SignWell solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need a solution for e-signing some agreements and other documents in our school business. I've created a process where I go to a template Pages document, make my contract/agreement for whomever I'm about to work with and upload to Docsketch. From there, I add the appropriate fields (signature, initials, date) and ship off to my prospect. I get notified when they view it, and again when they sign it! **What do you dislike about SignWell?** I'd like to see future versions offer the capability to create a document from scratch (or from a few user-added elements held in a media library) all from within the Docsketch dashboard. I find myself using similar tools by duplicating a nicely executed previous rendition and editing the copy. That would be nice to have in the future (and to my knowledge, isn't currently available at the moment) **Recommendations to others considering SignWell:** Docsketch deserves an opportunity to try if you're attempting to simplify AND speed up your process of getting an agreement approved so you can begin quickly. **What problems is SignWell solving and how is that benefiting you?** Oh man. I envied anyone who was using Docusign. Occasionally I'd receive a Docusign document to review and sign and I always wished that I could have that. I got lucky and got in at the ground level (beta; founders) with the great folks at Docsketch. It has been AWESOME to NOT have to ever worry about (1) getting a signature securely (2) quickly AND (3) not ever needing to deal with yet one more thing to keep track of on my local system. All the documents are stored right in my Docsketch dashboard. Can't remember a detail? I used to fish through folders or Dropbox. Now, I login to my Docsketch dashboard. ### 49.
