I like that SignWell is simple and customizable. The API integration is a huge plus for me as it allows me to integrate SignWell with my own custom customer portal. It's also affordable, which I appreciate. The template feature is really helpful because it cuts down the time it takes to set up my commonly used contracts. I guess, visually, it's a bit more on the basic side, but most contract platforms are. I think it could be improved with some custom font and formatting options. I find SignWell very easy to use, especially for signing documents and contracts. It makes getting the signatures I need for the contracts straightforward. I also really like how easy it is to personalize documents on this platform. The portal for tracking documents is handy as it lets me keep track of everything I have out for signing. Additionally, I'm pleased with the feature where I can send an e-link to a document, which means I don't need to rely on email for document delivery. I use SignWell for sending customers PDFs and appreciate the simplicity and ease of getting documents signed quickly. The drag and drop feature works well without any lag. The pricing is reasonable, and the marketing is good, plus it's great that it didn't go to spam for my customer. I value the ability to get templates signed while maintaining the quality of the PDFs; some competitors make the PDFs blurry, but SignWell doesn't. I really appreciate SignWell for its ease of use, which is the best aspect for me. The price point is also a big factor in my satisfaction. I enjoy using the very simple drag-and-drop feature, and I love how I can share documents directly with prepopulated fields. What's most valuable is the simplicity and ease of use of the e-signature function. Switching from Adobe, I found SignWell offered more value without the complexity of a robust system. Sometimes the placement of the fields to be completed doesn't automatically update to fit the size of the document or field that needs to be completed. I wish it would adjust without me having to do it, so leveraging AI for this would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use SignWell for my job to get contracts signed remotely, easily, and conveniently. It cuts out the steps of printing, signing, scanning, and sending contracts back; people can sign on their computer or phone and return them within moments. The process is simple and efficient, without much cumbersome stuff, and setup was very easy. I also really appreciated that I could start a free trial without entering a credit card and continue on the free plan after the trial unless I chose to upgrade. That made it feel like there was legitimately no risk and made SignWell stand out to me. I've loved the experience so far. I like SignWell's user interface because it's very simple and easy to follow. There’s not a lot of noise or distractions, making it easy to see exactly what’s in front of me, what tools are available, and how to execute the signing process. There definitely could be a few more options as far as tools to sign. Possibly, I was in a plan that didn't allow them. I was in a basic plan, free plan. I really appreciate that SignWell accelerates the signing process through API, allowing us to monitor the status and automatically send reminders for different statuses. This means we don't waste time creating and filling all the dynamic fields manually. The sign-in process is very simple, and the API works well for us with no issues so far. The price is pretty reasonable compared to alternatives. Also, the documentation is very clear, which made the initial setup pretty easy for our team.
