**What do you like best about SignWell?**

Signwell is very simple to use and makes an instant impact on the ease of getting our contracts signed. We've been using it on a daily basis and have been able to move faster with signing client deals.

**What do you dislike about SignWell?**

We haven't been able to send signature links via email (which I believe is crucial) on the free version but I believe it is available on the paid version.

**What problems is SignWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SignWell has been helping us with moving faster when sending contracts for signature and getting them signed.

I love the template function it makes it super fast to send a signature, the signature areas are pre-assigned so thats even better. also its fast to log in via browser unlike digisign.

All is good i think theres not much wrong with this.

as a realtor it is helping me send the RECO guide to be signed fast so i can pre-qualify clients.

The process is very simple and making edits to documents is very easy. Especially for a new business owner.

There isn't really anything that I do not like about SignWell. I haven't used it for very long so I might need more experience before I can have a valid answer.

I am a new business trying to onboard contractors and this has helped me with that as I am new to the process.

**What do you like best about SignWell?**

I discovered SignWell through a Google search while looking for a free, quick, and easy online digital signature tool. My priority was something hassle-free and simple to use, as I'd previously tried other tools that I abandoned due to their complicated user interfaces.

SignWell immediately stood out. Not only is it free to use, but its interface is incredibly simple and intuitive. I've already used it for several documents and have had absolutely no complaints. I highly recommend SignWell to anyone seeking a straightforward and reliable digital signature experience.

As a free user, I genuinely can't think of any areas for improvement. I'm completely satisfied with the features provided at no cost.

While its simplicity is a strength, lacks a workflow automation. Those with high monthly document volumes might find its per-document pricing model less economical than a flat-rate unlimited plan.

SignWell solves me an expensive legally-binding e-signatures by allowing me to use a user-friendly platform at a transparent price. This directly benefits me by allowing for the quick, secure, and cost-effective execution of documents without the high cost of enterprise solutions.

The pay as you go makes this api much much accessible for smaller companies. The larger companies in this space have big upfront costs for less documents in some cases and this made it much easier to scale.

**What do you dislike about SignWell?**

As a dev sometimes when testing clogging up all my documents with test ones was annoying so maybe test docs could be deleted easier.

It's allowing us to automate covering our business from legal exploitation without breaking the bank.

I feel Signwell is well designed.  I was trying to find the right software to use for digital signatures and Signwell seemed to be the easiest for my clients to use & understand.  I like the easiness of the software.

At this time I do not have anything that I would say needs to be updated or changed.  I like the easiness of the software.

I like that they’re five 3 free documents a month, no one else does that, so it lets you see how clean the UI is, and how easy it is to use,  

Other companies are not honest and advertise free, but only SignWell delivers.

Client has given feedback that it's easy to sign the documents. And also clients are not required to create an account to sign.

I ticked the box for getting a copy of the signing email that sent to client. but never got one. But it doesn't really bother me.

Simplicity in the tool for getting client signatures, I really like it saves a lot of time

It only allows 3 documents in the free plan, but again I guess they are enough to test a new tool

The interface is clean and intuitive, which means I can prepare and send documents for signature in just a few clicks. I especially appreciate how easy it is for recipients to sign, even if they’ve never used the tool before. The process feels smooth and professional, which leaves a great impression on clients.

I have enjoyed how simple it is to both, send and sign. Previous systems would often make our signers redo it multiple times but SignWell has been very user friendly and efficient! It can handle documents being sent out frequently and is easy to track. The customer support is also very great as they are always willing and available to help!

So far, I have no complaints. It's very easy to use on both ends.

i only had 3 times to use it. i would love to have full access to it.

I have to get important papers signed by parents that are not available to physically come to my office. This makes it convenient to get that done.

Very user friendly, took no training to learn to use it. I love the history it appends at the end of the document for compliance as well.

I really liked that SignWell offers basic features for free - no free trial expiring on my like PandaDoc and DocuSign. As a lean startup, I don't need another subscription and I don't need a lot of features. SignWell got the job done.

**What do you dislike about SignWell?**

There weren't any downsides of SignWell that I noticed. I thought the interface would be clunkier than its competitors, but it was fine.

**What problems is SignWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have the cash to spend on a subscription to document signing apps. And I don't need to have a subscription since I only periodically need the service.

Integrating signwell takes the guess work out of the equation. Signwell is intuitive and simple to use.

Its simplicity does lack a few nice to have features but it’s still a good competitor in the marketplace.

**What do you like best about SignWell?**

After trying to many different email and document signing softwares, and going through multiple hurdles of payments, gatekeeping, loggin-in etc... I fell in love with how easy, straightforward, and simple sign well is. The worst thing that can happen to you is closing a 4 digit deal and struggling to find a signature software to sign that agreement ! 

In short, if I would summarize signwell in 1 sentence, it has all you need from a signing software in a free version, as well as great value and great perks for the paid plan

**What do you dislike about SignWell?**

The User Interface, Layout, UI-UX can be improved, lots of buttons and a color scheme / brand that could be better. Shave off uneccesary buttons and focus on your differentiator : Ease of use.

**What problems is SignWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SignWell provides me with an ease to use and easy to access software to send our documents that need signing. I use it to send documents to my consulting and creative firm's clients

Tried multiple e-sig software and there was one nuance or the other that complicated the process or use. Came across Signwell and they were straight-forward, fast and offered a free tier. They notify you of updates and make doc sharing a breeze. Definitely recommend!
