It was very straightforward to use. With most new software there’s usually a bit of a learning curve, but I was able to upload my document, add the appropriate fields and email addresses, and send it out quickly. Absolutely the best, most convenient and easiest to use e-sign platform from many others that I have tried in 10 years of being the business owner. I use e-sign daily for my clients so it is crucial to have a flexibility, convenience and simplicity to maximize productivity and time efficiency. Singwell offers it all. It has a flexibility of fields that can be magnified or reduced to accommodate the text. It has a simplicity where you assign the initials or signature with one click of the button, it has a big convenient storage, allows to save documents with one click instead of multiple steps to create an additional file and a great notebook with all clients info. Simply saying, it provides the technology in a simple approachable way instead of making it complex and a burden to use. So far, I like absolutely everything. And this is my 3rd year of using Signwell, so if I disliked something, it would have surfaced by now after 3 years, But I like absolutely everything that Signwell offers. It is a truly sign WELL! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I know in the pro plans you’re able to customize the document finishing being signed a bit more, but I do wish it was slightly more clear that the document has been signed, and more clear for them to check on their email. There isn’t much I dislike about SignWell so far. The main limitation is that some of the more advanced features require a paid plan, but for my needs, the platform is simple, reliable, and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about SignWell is how simple it makes creating and sending professional agreements for signature.

I use the free tier, and it already provides everything I currently need. The interface took me a few minutes to understand at first, but after that, setting up templates, adding fields, and sending documents became very straightforward.

The main area for improvement is the user experience. The interface could be simplified and made more intuitive, closer to the experience offered by Google eSignature.

It would also be helpful to edit a document directly within SignWell. Currently, if a document needs to be changed, I have to leave the platform, update the original PDF or Google Doc, and upload a new version.

I find SignWell convenient, very fast, and straightforward to use. I upload a lease, send it, and my tenants can sign from their phones without creating an account. I get notified when it’s signed, and the completed copy is stored automatically, which helps me keep my paperwork organized. It works well for a small landlord like me and is helpful for both tenants and landlords. I also like that it makes signing digital and by email instead of using paper and pens. With this, I’ll be able to automate my client sign-up and signing experience, making the whole process smoother and more consistent. I like how easy SignWell is to use. I was able to create and send an engagement letter for my bookkeeping business in just a few minutes without any confusion. I like that SignWell is cheap and budget-friendly, with no limit on the number of contracts I can do, even on the smallest plan. I can create a document and send it directly to a client’s email, and I get updates when someone views it. If they haven’t signed after a while, I can send them a follow-up.
