"The Ultimate Digital Signature Tool"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Signaturely?

I recently tried out Signaturely, and it's been a total game-changer for managing electronic signatures. Here are the standout features:

1. Guided Signing: Automatically creates fields and guides signees to fill them out, so I don't have to worry about anything getting missed.

2. Remote Signing: I can access, review, and sign documents from anywhere, which is perfect for remote work like me.

3. Integrations: Seamlessly integrate with cloud storage is key for me - platforms like Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive are my goto cloud storage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signaturely?

One thing I'd like to see improved is the customer support response time. But it's not so bad. Additionally, it would be great if they could offer more customization options for the email notifications sent to signees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Awesome tool to save time with bulk document signing"
5/5
What do you like best about Signaturely?

As the managing director of a digital agency, I’ve found Signaturely's Bulk Sending feature to be incredibly useful for streamlining client communication, particularly when distributing service agreements and other documents that require multiple signatures. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, with a clean interface that our team appreciates. The integration with Google Drive simplifies document management, allowing us to quickly upload, send, and track documents across our workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signaturely?

While Signaturely offers many valuable features, there are a few areas for improvement. The customization options for document templates are somewhat limited, making it difficult to fully tailor documents to our brand’s visual identity. Additionally, the platform could benefit from more robust integrations with CRM systems, which would enhance our workflow efficiency. The mobile app is functional but could be optimized further for better performance and user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Signature Moment"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Signaturely?

What I like best about Signaturely is how easy it is to use. Right from the start, I found the platform simple and straightforward, which is great for anyone, especially if you're not super tech-savvy.

I love the ability to customize my documents. Whether it’s a quick agreement or a detailed contract, I can easily make it look professional. Plus, it integrates nicely with other tools I already use, which saves me a lot of time.

Another big plus for me is how fast documents get signed and returned. The reminder features really help keep my recipients on track, making my work process much smoother. Overall, Signaturely is a perfect mix of simple and effective, and it's become my go-to for e-signatures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signaturely?

I would like to see level of customization in the email notifications that go out to recipients (especially in bulk). While it gets the job done, having more options to personalize those messages would enhance the experience for both me and those I’m sending documents to. Lastly, I do see the status of documents but would like to see if the document or email has been viewed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick and reliable way of getting e-signatures"
4/5
What do you like best about Signaturely?

Signaturely is a solid pick if you're looking for a simple, no-nonsense e-signature tool. It's easy to use and does what it’s supposed to without any unnecessary complications. Setting up documents for signatures is quick, and the interface is straightforward, so you don’t need to spend a lot of time figuring it out. Seriously, the UI is pretty barebones (not in a bad way) and you can setup a document within minutes of setting up your account. It's that simple.

One thing I really liked is how smooth the signing process is for both you and whoever you’re sending the document to. The notifications are helpful without being annoying, and it's easy to track who has signed and who still needs to.

That being said, Signaturely isn’t packed with a lot of advanced features. If you need something more complex or want to integrate deeply with other tools, you might feel a bit limited.

But if you’re just looking for a reliable and easy-to-use e-signature solution, Signaturely does the job well. It’s not the fanciest option, but it’s effective and straightforward. I'd give it an 8/10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signaturely?

One thing that this solution lacks is integrations. It's basically your standard cloud drives but that's pretty much it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple to use, Reliable, and Legally binding online signatures"
5/5
What do you like best about Signaturely?

Signaturely has a layout that is modern and simple to navigate. It's one of those tools that is easy to use by intuition alone. Tracking signatures that are still due is trivial. I first learned of Signaturely through a business tools group that I joined several years ago. Many people kept talking about this tool so I finally decided to check it out. I've used Docusign for a long time and Signaturely is a much better platform for gathering legally binding signatures online for documents. There is an excellent knowledgebase to learn how to use it, but for the most part that is not even needed because the layout and workflow is so intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signaturely?

As far as I can tell, it only supports PDF documents. It would be great if other formats were included as well, although I understand the limitation. Since PDFs can be "locked" it makes sense, but it does mean that any forms must be converted to PDF first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy and Organized Legal Documents Signed Online"
5/5
What do you like best about Signaturely?

Signaturely allows me to create professional contracts that can be quickly signed and stored online. It was easy to set up, and customer support immediately responded to my initial inquiry. Now, I can keep up with contracts and receive notifications when they are completed. This creates efficiency for my clients and me. You have solved a big problem. Thank you, Signaturely! What do you dislike about Signaturely?

I had some initial questions about how to set up my first contract, but easy learning ensued. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great docusign alternative"
5/5
What do you like best about Signaturely?

I was using a random android app to get signatures from my clients later I came to know that those signatures can't be legal. Later I used docusign but the free plan was very limited and the paid plans were expensive for my usecase. Then I found Signaturely which was perfect for my usecase and it was in my budget. The inferface was easy to use. It was easy to create templates, I can just upload the DOCX or PDF to make a template or create a form to collect signatures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signaturely?

Everything is great It would be even better if I had an option to get a completly whitelabled settings to match my domain. But that is not a deal breaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect for my needs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Signaturely?

Signaturely is a user-friendly eSignature tool that offers a range of useful features. The platform allows for easy upload and editing of proposals, quotes, and estimates. Adding signature fields, names, and dates is straightforward, and sending documents to clients is effortless. The ability to track who has viewed the documents and when they're completed is valuable. The option to add multiple signers is a great feature. Importing files from Google Drive is simple and hassle-free.

The branding options are impressive, allowing users to customise the experience with company logos, names, and email addresses. The aesthetic of the email templates and notifications is appealing, and the option to redirect signers to customised thank you pages after signing is a nice touch. The bulk send feature, although not used personally, could be beneficial for some users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signaturely?

The main drawback is the lack of direct integrations with popular CRMs, particularly HubSpot. While there is an API available, it seems quite technical and challenging to implement for a small team. The current integrations with Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, and Box are limited to file uploads, which falls short of the desired functionality.

A few minor feature requests are pending with the team. However, these issues are not significant enough to detract from the overall positive experience with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An excellent platform with a great team behind it"
4/5
What do you like best about Signaturely?

The ease of use (and especially the UI of the platform, I love it). Also, whenever I had questions or requests, I received a response promptly and, surprisingly, in Spanish (my native language), which made my experience even better.

The process of signing and organizing documents is everything I needed to manage my dozens of contracts easily and effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signaturely?

I would like them to have a smart tagging system and a document editor on the same platform, it would give a new dimension of use that would complement the existing one in an incredible way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A perfect DocUsign alternative"
5/5
What do you like best about Signaturely?

As a marketing entrepreneur, Signaturely has truly simplified my workflow. The best part is how user-friendly the interface is. I didn’t have to spend hours figuring things out. The drag-and-drop feature for document management is a game changer. It integrates seamlessly with other tools I use, like Google Drive and Dropbox, making it super convenient to pull in documents from various sources. The automated reminders for signatures ensure I never miss a deadline, which is crucial for my fast-paced environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signaturely?

I feel they still need to expand their templates collection, it's still a bit limited. And I wish they have a mobile app soon so it can be a better go-to tool as the web version doesn't work very well sometimes on mobile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
