I've noticed that the platform can be slow at times. I feel that the customization options for templates and documents are somewhat lacking. its FAST! The UI and UX is also very good its clean and simple to use. You can tell the team behind it really understands the needs of its users. Im a big interface guy and this was just so good! Can I say it just works?? I mean it seems so obvious right? I want the software I have to actual do its job and this does it perfectly.

Having different areas for all your templates in a joy to be in, other softwares ive tried have juts been a bit clunky with these but sigaturley just make everything so smooth. Im never seaching around looking for this and that, everything has its own area and its easy to find. Plus for any reason you can find what you are looking for just use the search function and bam! its sitting right there.

Plus they are legal contacts, No more storing papers or scanning them in and saving them somewhere in the cloud. That was always so messy in my mind an I wanted to reduce the amount of time spent doing stuff liek this and now ive saved up all those hours and can actually do other things now!

Now for the people that arent super into tech, you dont have to worry at all. its super easy to use! youll not have any trouble at all, you literally set up a contract for example and you can track the entire thing, so dont stress at all. PLus you get email notifications when things have been signed so its like a set it and forget it kind thing.

Signaturely is awesome! Its way easier to use than DocuSign and doesnt cost an arm and a leg. I love how quick it is to upload a contract, add the signature boxes and send it out to clients to sign. Signaturely template builder isn’t as advanced as I’d hoped. It’s okay for most tasks, but it falls short when dealing with more complicated documents. I recently tried to create a template from an immigration form, and it threw an error saying, "The PDF file that you uploaded is encrypted or incompatible, be aware that this can cause issues on the end file. Please contact support." That was pretty frustrating and interrupted my work. Also, I’m not thrilled that they charge separately for API access—it feels like an extra cost that adds up, especially when you’re already paying for the service. Signaturely has been a great tool that our startup's signing authorities use very often, for obtaining e-signatures from partners, customers and vendors alike. The platform makes the whole process pretty straightforward. Their workflow is intuitive and easy to use.

It literally took us less than an hour, to onboard all the users.

We have integrated it with our Dropbox and Google Drive, and it's quite helpful in pulling documents straight from our cloud storage.

Since we have a fixed type of agreement requirements, my team has created 'templates' for them, and all we have to do is select from the mini template gallery, change the specific details, and voila, it's done!

Of course, there are AI-based templates that we haven't started using extensively, yet. But it does seem like the way forward, particularly for those who use e-signature workflows a lot.

I love the simple, well-designed interface that the application provides. I was very easily able to modify the settings that I needed to make the experience my own, from the logos, company name, and even a custom redirect page to show a "thank you message." Being a developer myself, it even has an API out of the box 🙌, which I really appreciate. I also really love the opportunity to either create/use a template or simply upload my own document file from either Dropbox or just from my computer.
