Signaturely is awesome! Its way easier to use than DocuSign and doesnt cost an arm and a leg. I love how quick it is to upload a contract, add the signature boxes and send it out to clients to sign. Signaturely template builder isn’t as advanced as I’d hoped. It’s okay for most tasks, but it falls short when dealing with more complicated documents. I recently tried to create a template from an immigration form, and it threw an error saying, "The PDF file that you uploaded is encrypted or incompatible, be aware that this can cause issues on the end file. Please contact support." That was pretty frustrating and interrupted my work. Also, I’m not thrilled that they charge separately for API access—it feels like an extra cost that adds up, especially when you’re already paying for the service. Signaturely has been a great tool that our startup's signing authorities use very often, for obtaining e-signatures from partners, customers and vendors alike. The platform makes the whole process pretty straightforward. Their workflow is iuntuitive and easy to use.

It literally took us less than an hour, to on-board all the users.

We have integrated it with our Dropbox and Google Drive, and its quite helpful in pulling documents straight from our cloud storage.

Since we have a fixed type of agreement requirements, my team has created 'templates' for them, and all we have to do is select from the mini template gallery, change the specific details, and voila, it's done!

Of course, there are AI based templates that we haven't started using extensively, yet. But it does seem like the way forward, particularly for those who use e-signature workflows a lot.

I love the simple, well-designed interface that the application provides. I was very easily able to modify the settings that I needed to make the experience my own, from the logos, company name, and even a custom redirect page to show a "thank you message." Being a developer myself, it even has an API out of the box 🙌, which I really appreciate. I also really love the opportunity to either create/use a template or simply upload my own document file from either Dropbox or just from my computer. I would like to see level of customization in the email notifications that go out to recipients (especially in bulk). While it gets the job done, having more options to personalize those messages would enhance the experience for both me and those I’m sending documents to.
