THe customer service and activation process is made to make money not to proivde a helpful service.

It is used for modelling traffic at intersections as part of traffic studies.

Default parameters are standardized  for regions.  Graphical interface is neat and presentable.

**What do you dislike about SIDRA INTERSECTION?**

The license size limited how many users can access the software at the same time.

It is widely accepted by government officials and stakeholders and the analysis result is consistently accurate.
