What do you dislike about Sideways 6?

If there aren't sufficient resources allocated to assess and put these suggestions into practice, the platform could end up functioning like a digital suggestion box where employee input is overlooked. What do you like best about Sideways 6?

We love the integration with Teams and ease of use, both as a front end user for submitting an Idea, but the a backend as an Administrator of the pipeline.

We've largely been able to customise the forms, flow and user experience to meet our diverse business needs, and periodically work with S6 to ensure we have an effective tool to support our cultural and performance objectives. They're always eager to collaborate and understand how they can evolve and adapt the tool to drive value and engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sideways 6?

Not much...

There have been some limitations in the ease of search in the pipeline of submissions, which as we migrated a significant volume of submissions from prior platforms, has made for a slightly poorer UX.

The back end is a little "onerous" for an infrequent user / administrator of the pipeline (part of our model to have decentralised Champions manage their bucket of work), but a small challenge to navigate.

We'd love to have our hands on our engagement data (our core success measure) a bit more real-time/self-led, but the team are always timely and generous with sharing this data to support our monthly reporting, so again, a manageable "issue". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sideways 6?

There is best view for the Analytics report, where the campaigns gives us te clear cut information and the Dashboard view is Awsome and it is user friendly interface.

when ever in Run the power automate flow it is run fine, when ever the interface changes it is making hard to run the flow.

I need to go back to flow and change the co-ordinates as per the interface changes.

On your point about sharing update, please let us know what you mean and need to do (feel free to speak directly to your CSM) otherwise did you know that we have a few ways to share updates:

Automatically. it is possible to create automations to send a Teams private message or email for each stage/status change.

Manually: for each idea, it is possible to send an email, teams private message, teams comment or idea progress update.
