The ability to work 24/7 is critical for sales. We want to be available when our clients/customers are available. Showpad makes this happen as they can access materials any time without needing to download numerous items; all shared seamlessly. Compounded multi-tasking at its best! This supports me as a salesperson doing more in the small amount of time I have. I also love using the Powerpoint presentations I can utilize through Showpad on Teams Meetings, as well as video. They can process most of the file formats. But if it is a complex PDF with a lot of layers, it may sometimes not process it. But this will not be a huge issue as there are workarounds the support team can help. Otherwise, I feel it does a good job for the intended functionalities. Showpad has become a valuable resource for our field team, allowing us to design a series of libraries and more, hosting all types of content to ensure the best possible user experience. What's even better is that it allows us to accurately track how the shared material is being used. I appreciate that the support team is always available to answer questions.
