**What do you like best about Showpad?**

I really like the shared spaces in Showpad. They make it easy to set up a product area for one account and then duplicate it for others quickly. This feature saves me time from manually sending materials, allowing customers to access what they need themselves in one place without having to constantly reach out to me. Also, I find the initial setup of Showpad to be very easy, which is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

I get concerned about those shared spaces being updated when marketing update a particular material.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showpad saves me time by creating shared spaces, so I don't have to manually send materials. Customers access what they need independently, and I can set up and duplicate shared spaces quickly for different accounts.

I can't see how far I am on the journey in the learning path. It would be good to see what percentage I have done and how much is left to do as part of the learning path.

It is very easy to share information with your customers and follow interest.  It is also easy to find your contacts as it keeps emails in memory

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

It would be easier if there is bcc section to share one mail with all related accounts without seeing each other

When you share an information with your customers by mail you are not able to follow interest but when they review showpad files you can easily follow that.

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

I like that it is easy to organize and customize a broad range of content formats, from PDFs to videos. It helps me track engagement metrics so I can analyze what kind of content appeals to my audience and what has higher probability of working.

Search feature is not the best as it returns content that is inconsistent or partially aligned.

It helps me organize a wide range of content by folders and tags thereby saving me time. It also helps me collaborate with marketing efforts by making content creation more strategic by analyzing what audiences are viewing, sharing and engaging with, which ultimately makes the content piece more effective.

Showpad is a Content Management tool we use to engage our Commercial Teams i.e Sales & Marketing as well as our Business Partners for ease of access to our Marketing Collateral to better understand our business offerings.

None so far, with Showpad you can do anything and can be easily integrated with any other tool and is also user-freindly and easy to navigate.

Accessibility to our Marketing Content like Brochures, Presentations, Sales Sheets etc and it has been beneficial to everyone is Showpad is sort of like a one stop shop for Marketing Content and also we use it as a single source of true where you get everything in one place and the analytics part (Reporting) is amazing to track the engagements on the platform and can even see those who are accessing the platform as well.

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

The ability to work 24/7 is critical for sales.  We want to be available when our clients/customers are available.  Showpad makes this happen as they can access materials any time without needing to download numerous items; all shared seamlessly.  Compounded multi-tasking at its best!  This supports me as a salesperson doing more in the small amount of time I have.  I also love using the Powerpoint presentations I can utilize through Showpad on Teams Meetings, as well as video.  Showpad is critical to my work.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

Presently, there is nothing I dislike about it since the email feature was updated and improved upon.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Covering details of the items our company offers had been difficult before utilization of Showpad.  Sharing PDFs was time-consuming, and sending large emails was cumbersome.  Likewise, sharing videos was not a simple option.  We had to send Vimeo links, which was potentially confusing for some customers who were not tech-savvy.  Showpad simplified all of this for us.

The part that I think is most interesting is the ability to organize any kind of digital content, in a very simple way.
The GUI is really intuitive and allows users to find and share files while saving a lot of time.

I have been using showpad within my business organization for about 3 years and I must say that I have not encountered any negative points. Improvements are made every year, and it has come to a really good version lately.

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

Showpad brings unified content management and integration with our Salesforce CRM home in a way that other platforms don't. It's helped us create a professional sales enablement tool for our team when speaking to prospects that syncs with all of their activity in both Salesforce and Outlook, making adoption easy on them and version control easy on us. There are a lot of options to customize the experience for your business, and the reporting system is simple, easy to use, and highly effective from both an organizational and individual standpoint.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

It's a little more expensive on a per-user basis than many competitors, setting up new experiences could be more intuitive, and there are a few key integrations (like HubSpot) that aren't fully fleshed out yet.

Showpad as a platform is easier to set up, update, and get ready for the sales team. Its integration with Outlook is also an added advantage. They can process most of the file formats. But if it is a complex PDF with a lot of layers, it may sometimes not process it. But this will not be a huge issue as there are workarounds the support team can help. Otherwise, I feel it does a good job for the intended functionalities. They can give an update to compare analytics month on month.

Showpad has become a valuable resource for our field team, allowing us to design a series of libraries and more, hosting all types of content to ensure the best possible user experience. What's even better is that it allows us to accurately track how the shared material is being used. I appreciate that the support team is always available to answer questions. Currently, we make use of the libraries, coach, shared spaces, and homepages.

We came from a world where we had a very messy document repository of sales assets and no control on versions - with Showpad, it is really simple to use, sellers have their key content at their finger tips and there are powerful customer sharing capabilities. Now, Showpad is regarded as an essential tool within our business.

As an administrator, the back-end and the reporting is not always easy.

It is the single, golden-source location for all our customer-facing collateral and also contains our library of sales enablement courses. Showpad gives sellers the right content, at the right time in a sales cycle and we can track the usefulness and resonance of the content.

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

Showpad makes it very easy to centralize all sales content and share it with prospects, clients, and partners.  The integration with Salesforce makes it easy to tie and track activities back to the sales opportunity and most importantly, Shared Spaces have become our defacto means of communicating and collaborating with our prospects during key stages of the deal.  I've been always impressed with the Showpad team about understanding our use cases, taking our feedback and making requests back to their product team to continuously  improve their features and functionality.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

There are still a few concerns about having unauthorized users accessing sensitive content when Showpad links can be forwarded on and on.  Showpad has built some safeguards (such as link expiration dates, limitation to download), however, this still doesn't prevent share links from getting propagated and viewed by unintended recipients.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Content centralization, better content management, and ability to make better content decisions from the analytics and insights that Showpad delivers.
- Digital Sales Rooms have been a game changer and enable our sellers to drive highly collaborative, real-time response engagements throughout the sales cycle and gathering the insights to get the right buyer personas and build a more robust sales strategy.
- Although we don't have the Coaching capability, we use Showpad experiences to centralize all of our sales training content and videos, so sellers can easily access any time.

I think the cellphone accessibility is what makes ShowPad stick out for our business. With limited cell service and quick-needs, it is nice to have a tool that is compatible with our cellphones.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

I could benefit from a dictionary provided. It seems like many of the options are similar and better education to how to manage and organize content would be helpful. However, the team is amazing and provide great support whenever needed.

Ease of information and file sharing. We find that once equipped with the tool, we are recieving less request via email and less confusion on where to find things.

The Showpad Resource centre is unmatched. I am often directing my colleagues to this helpful tool as it has written and video instructions and also allows you to select which device you are using in order to tailor the instructions per user.

I find the reporting confusing to distinguish between an internal Sales person 'User' and an external customer 'User' when trying to understand what content is being accessed most.

Showpad and its ability to create content around assets is amazing. Simply put, it changes the way that customers and our representatives interact. The ease of implementation of assets into experiences is quick and painless. Easy integration of videos, slides and other important sales tools to empower our reps infield.

At first, it was the lack and diversity inside the platform. Now, there is nothing left to complain about! Future additions for multi-selects and everything would be benefitical.

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

The search function on Showpad is excellent which makes it easy to find what you're looking for. It is easy to build custom pages to sort content. The digital sharing features that provide breadcrumbs back on receiver engagement level up the insights we can get on the impact and effectiveness of our marketing assets.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

The display formatting on some uploaded file types such as excel and email templates could be improved. Works great once files are downloaded but would be a better search experience if the display preview functality on these items was improved.

Increasing the sales team's ability to quickly and easily find and share the marketing content they need to help with all stages of the sales cycle. Allows marketing team to have data driven insights on the impact and effectiveness of marketing collateral to drive content improvements.

It's super intuitive and easy to navigate as an end user.The content experience on Showpad is rather seamless from an end-user perspective. Roles and permissions are also quite powerful on the admin side.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

The only thing lagging a bit is the reporting as some aspects are not measurable or in a complex way. That being said, Showpad's been doubling down on this and they have really improved the reporting on the content side and their customer support has been fast and efficient at partnering with us to find workarounds...
The admin console is nowhere near as intuitive and easy to navigate as the front part of the tool.

Requires some training to get the use of it. It is not a tool many in the sales teams could pick up and run with. However, once trained they love it.

With Showpad, we can provide all necessary media to our sales team in an organized and always-accessible way. Showpad's file tagging system makes organizing product-specific folders incredibly easy, which provides our sales team with a quick and efficient way to find what they need from any location.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

Captions cannot be added to videos. Unfortunately, this limits our ability to share some of our content with customers since they are not fluent in English. The only solution is to add captions to the video itself before uploading. With this method, the only way to have multiple languages captioned on the same video is to upload multiple versions of the same video, each with a different language. This method clogs our file inventory with unnecessary duplicate videos and adds production time when creating video content.

We are constantly updating our brochures with new content. Before Showpad, our sales team sometimes missed an updated file and shared an outdated file. With Showpad, our sales team can always access and share the newest file.

I love the tagging and filtering options to create dynamic folders and home pages for bringing visibility to content for particular audiences.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

Though the home page content modules are easy to use, I would appreciate more ability to work with the HTML/CSS that styles the pages. For example, we found the current customization available for mobile a bit limiting.

Before Showpad, sales team members were creating their own materials and sharing materials that were inconsistent and often out of date versions. Showpad has made branded materials more accessible and the ability to leverage tagging and smart folders means that we can make content available by solution, by product, by market.

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

My favorite thing about Showpad content is how efficient it makes my information sharing with clients. I can share proposals and documents very easily which really help to strengthen our relation and improve the communication. It is really helpful in that it keeps everything in one place and this makes it a lot easier to go through various files. In cases where I have to notify the clients about changes or configurations, Showpad provides easy to use interface.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

I don’t like content of Showpad because sometimes it’s hard to move slides or manage files within the platform when I use a trackpad or mouse. I love the ease to create and assign user groups to ensure that the end users are seeing the content based on their profiles. This has allowed us to provide a more personalized experience for our end users and provide content at scale. Compared to sales enablement platforms we have used in the past, our end users have increased their frequency of use based on the overall positive user experience provided by Showpad Content.

Showpad needs to focus more on the content management experience with managing users. I often found it difficult to onboard users in bulk when we have both Showpad Content & Coach since not all users need licenses for both.

In the past, we have had a lot of issues ensuring that our sales teams are using the most up-to-date marketing materials. In our industry, it's important for our sales team to have accurate product information and programs available to them when they are meeting with customers. Our sales team used to store marketing materials locally on their devices,  file shares, and multiple content hubs. With the introduction of Showpad in our organization, our sales team has started to view Showpad as the source of the most up-to-date information and we have been able to eliminate many of the content hubs.

Our support team has been great. Madison Gutwein is a rock star! She's patient with my lack of knowledge, very quick to respond, provides helpful little videos to walk me through how to do whatever I'm struggling with, and always has a great attitude about everything.

I like that I can send out announcements to all of our users alerting them to the latest content additions.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

I think my dislikes are related to how my predecessors originally set up our experiences. Several of the folders have tag rules that make it difficult to find some of our assets. Our Showpad reps have been working with me to determine the best way to rebuild and reorganize to make accessing assets even easier for our Sales team.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showpad makes it easier for us to share content with our Sales team and Customer Support teams and for them to share materials with customers. It's so much easier to find assets than using google folders and we can manage versioning without any effort.

Not only does Showpad create a visually appealing and customizable document repository for sales collateral, the sharing features with metric tracking take it above and beyond. It makes executing on marketing plan tactics a breeze by allowing us to create lead generation and invitation style email templates that reps can send to their entire customer base in just a few clicks, with back-end tracking to receive detailed customer interaction data in par with Marketo. Furthermore, the ability to create account-specific microsites in 'Shared Spaces' has been a valuable tool to generate continued engagement with customers from the point of sale and beyond. Our reps love the ease of use, and we no longer worry about outdated or expired content making it to customers.

Some of the backend fuctionality is a little bit clunky based on the number of features available, but that is not something our sales team see so we have found ways to manage the backend.

After two years without any progress, we are forced to use another solution. Despite not fulfilling their promises and informing them that we will no longer use it, they are forcing us to pay for another year due to the terms of their contract.

Coming from a sales and marketing background, I hold Showpad Content in high regard, and believe that it can be of great use for arranging product-related materials. This ability to insert videos, books, and Word documents into customized folders is also very convenient. It's a lot simpler to communicate with customers if you hyperlink these resources directly to the customers 'emails.

But there are two disadvantages. The photo management can not always be so intuitive, and usually you have to go through a bit of hoop jumping just to make them fit in the template. In addition, sometimes when working with e-mail, the lack of a more advanced mail merge function (such as that provided by Mail Chimp or Constant Contact) can be somewhat annoying.

It's also a great tool for consultants like myself, making it simple to find or disseminate several training materials including videos and documents.
